No matter how Baldur's Gate 3 turns out, the nice thing is that we're going to get more amusing Swen Vincke videos. The first video for Baldur's Gate 3, published as part of a new series of development updates called the Larian Gazette, tells the story of how Swen got permission from Wizards of the Coast to make the game. I think it might be a bit embellished, though.

There's nothing new here in terms of information, but it's a start. You can sign up for the Larian Gazette on Baldur's Gate 3's official website. The game will also be appearing at the PC Gaming Show at E3 on Monday, although it doesn't sound like any big reveals are planned.

Infinitron, I feel like a Larian-hate storm on the codex is incoming.

Fuck them and their (likely) Skyrim clone.

I'll be very surprised if it is turn-based or isometric. There is 0% chance of RTwP since that doesn't fly on consoles. Hence why Deadfire introduced turn-based combat in a patch or why D:OS was turn-based to begin with.
