Anyway, the game looks good and if it were out, I'd order the boxed version today as I said I would six years ago. The funny thing is, I might actually have my own "salary" by the time the game actually comes out.

He stated emphatically quite a few times he hated his day job (who doesn't?). He likes making games. Hell, I like him making games. Age of Decadence is utterly unlike any RPG on the market once you get past the superficial differences. Shit doesn't always go right, but I like the fact they were willing to kind of go their own way radically on some of the design elements.

Worst offender was the day that, after working the entire weekend at the agency - without going home and sleeping on the fucking couch (obviously with no extra pay) - we manage to win the account of the largest bank in Brazil (a humble ad budget of 210 million dolars), and the owners of the company make a big speech, congratulation and giving champagne for everyone... except for the entire production department, that they "forgot to call". ¬¬

Video interviews and podcasts are the gayest fucking thing imaginable. If don't want to waste my time watching some guy talk about this and that. I want to read his thoughts on game design.

You know, the only thing I’m afraid of at this point is that I’ll buy the game, play it, and not enjoy it because I’ll be examining how VD solved issue X, how he made skill checks, how the writing is, and completely forget that I’m playing a game. Oh well.

Vault Dweller your game is awesome, as it should be.
I loved playing a talking SOB in the demo, manipulating everyone and everything for my own gain, playing one side against the other.

Iron Tower: We’re aiming at October, but the exact date would depend on how well the beta test goes. All systems (character, combat, inventory, crafting/alchemy, journal, etc) were tested when we released the demo, but it might take a while for the testers to check all the quests and options.
