Bro, since you know photoshop well and premiere, try using After Effects. It's like photoshop with a timeline, and way easier to make any animation than on Premiere.

That actually makes me like it more, to be honest. Anyone can take a clip from a foreign movie, change the subtitles completely and make a lame attempt at humor that way (see: a million shitty Hitler getting angry videos from that movie Downfall).
