Are people who play female protagonist gay?

Why would a gay man want to play as a woman? Shouldn't he play as a homossexual male character?

When i did play some rpg as a kid, i always tried to avoid any female characters in the party, as if that was something blasphemous to do. Much later on, i also took some females into rpg parties because "it's a normal thing to do and wyman are stronkh too" and i figured i was just a little weird as a kid, but today i'd rather think that that which prevented myself to include female members could also have been some kind of protection mechanism built into the male body and mind. Indeed, when i think back, i felt the most secure (and strongest) when i did embarke on a journey with a group consisting only of men. I believe that such an approach to these rpgs is a good way to restore psychological balance and thus to counteract mental decline as a man.

When I played fighting games as a kid I chose female characters and put them in compromising positions in training mode for practice

Most female protagonists in games can easily be replaced by men and nothing would change because they don't act like women. When you make women act like women you get shit like Other M, is that what you want?

Most probaby want games that react to their choices, including the selected gender. The female character could, depending on the setting, be of a much higher difficulty to play as, but no developer these days has the courage to go there even if they had the financial means and time to make the game that complex. Just imagine the screeching if a character told yours to go back in the kitchen when you ask them for a job.

We should ask JarlFrank .
I am too biased to have an objective answer to this question :M

Your kind are the lucky ones. Most forms of nudity are cleaned up from games, except:

Your choice as a kid was rational, even though you were thinking from the perspective of the game's characters. When you've got a dangerous job to do, why would you include people who are known liabilities? It's perfectly normal to feel safer around males, especially as a child when you're usually trusting.

As a teen or an adult, things get complicated. You anticipate that women in parties can potentially alter the gameplay in interesting ways, or at least provide some needed T&A.

I don’t think it’s gay unless you’re getting some kind of sexual gratification out of larping as a woman.

You’re basically pretending to be a girl. How is that different from cross dressing?
When i was a youngling I preferred female characters because I enjoyed ass & tits.

Now I mostly play bald dwarves or Geralt. I am definitely more gay today.
I think it’s like somebody else said in this thread a symptom of porn addiction

their minds are so addled by tiktok and porn etc. that they need constant sexual stimulation to be able to keep paying attention

Translation: my mind is so addled by tiktok and porn that I need to come onto an internet forum of balding "gamers" (lol like any of you actually play games) to virtue signal about how definitely double-ungay I am

No, it's the opposite. Caring for and dressing up male characters on the other hand, is in fact gay

I used to play exclusively with barbie dolls in my childhood and I'm proud of it. This only shows that I was more straight than other kids because I was interested in females (still am)
