I like the setting in AC Odyssey, but I have to agree that most Ubisoft games are crap. The only other one I liked to any degree was Far Cry 5.

Their settings are always great. Origins is fucking beautiful, as are Odyssey and Valhalla. But the horrible gameplay and writing just drag everything down.

Bin Laden from the previous game is a poor choice of protagonist, should've ditched him when it became its own standalone/separate game.

I do hope they inject their modern sensibilities into this game, with strong female characters, homosexuality and other degenerate things they are so eager to fill their other games.

I think AssCreed finally lost me with Valhalla. Was so impressed with how AssCreed 2 handled difficulty levels in its big romance side quest and that you could only finish it if you were gud (I was gud but not that gud so I never got to see that poor, tragic girl dying in my arms... I'm an anti-romantic so I really wanted to too). Why other games never did this is a mystery.
