My team has the sexiest and deadliest waifus you can recruit.
Actually, looking at the trailer again, seems to me that this skull+triangle symbol is like a "warning, this place is contaminated by illithids", something like that. The skull/hand have some tentacles in the bottom.

Maybe they're going for the Witcher gameplay? Graphics sure do look like they're going in that direction

Ladies and Gentlemen, what do YOU think? Will they retcon (for the third time) the whole Abdel Adrian/CHARNAME thing, tastefully ignore it, or sooner or later bite the bullet and just flat out state the facts?
It's going to have nothing to do with the Bhaalspawn saga.
Just enjoy it as a new D&D game set in Baldur's Gate and forget it's called BG3.

At first I thought I mislicked and watched some Cthulhu game trailer instead of BG3. I did not expect vomiting one's teeth.
Not sure if :incline: . Needs more investigation.

I haven't seen any 'missing is no fun' except in crappy mainstream reviews whose reviewer notoriously have less than 10 hours to spend on each game they review. To think game designers have to cater to those to hope gettin numbers like DoS2 is beyond depressing.

Regardless of what wagon of the hype train you're in, you gotta feel good for Swen for shit like this:

Larian actually originally pitched for Baldur's Gate 3 back when Divinity: Original Sin 1 was in development, but Dungeons & Dragons owner Wizards of the Coast thought the Belgium studio too green, too inexperienced, Vincke said. Funny to hear that now, given the enormous success of the Original Sin series - and evidently Wizards soon cottoned on to what Larian could do. "During DOS2, they reached out to us and said, 'Do you still want to do it?'" Vincke said, to which the obvious answer was: "Yes - of course."

Technically Bhaalspawn is still around right?
He's just on the Outer Planes, not on the Prime Material Plane anymore

If they are sane they will never mention any Abdels except maybe as some easter egg meme.

Don't know. The storyline for the Bhaalspawn post-ToB is fucked due to there being multiple interpretations.
