So, I took a look at the basic rule set, and yes, it looks gloriously unbloated -

The level cap being 3 makes me cum.

The level cap being 3 makes me cum.

The later Expert set raises it to 14 for the human classes, but that's it for the Moldvay D&D.

There's a reason many modern game authors copy this exact edition.

The Master set raises it to 36, then you can go into "immortal" levels, but I think a lvl cap of 3 is reasonable.

it's easy enough to homebrew it so you get a spell level each level, so you have 3rd lvl spells on lvl 3. That's enough ;d

Here's a sample of how ridiculous lvl 10+ actually is -

When clerics reach 9th level (Matriarch/Patriarch), they may choose to construct a castle (see p. X52) or stronghold. If they have not lost the favor of their deity, the cost of building the castlewill be half the normal amount due to miraculous assistance from the deity. For example, if a cleric spends 50,000 gp on a castle, the cleric would actually be able to build a structure that normally costs 100,000 gp. Furthermore, once the castle is completed, fanatically loyal troops (the "faithful", who never need to check morale) will come to defend the cleric. There will be from 50-300 soldiers (5d6x 10), from l-2nd level, armed with various weapons. It is up to the DM to determine their exact composition (how many archers, how many cavalry, etc.)
How do you proceed from here?

Great, you can get it and send in to me through google drive or something. That's what besties do.
Done, now you owe me one.

My task is simple: find Ontopoly and give him a big hug. If you feel comfortable, kiss him.
I'm uncomfortable by the hug alone. Also I'm afraid I'll catch whatever bug makes you such a fucking cultist you passionless Larian cuck

By ignoring it like all the other shit we ignore in dnd. It's a shit system unless you have some Hitler DM that holds a bunch of autists up. The best part about making dnd a video game is a Hitler DM is assumed and half the features don't make it through.

Before you go into a Bulgarian nerdrage I'm well aware of DOS 1 & 2:s over-the top effects and enjoyed PF:KM as well. It's just funny to witness the hypocrisy of people who cry others are bunch of blind fanboys.

You're comparing a spell to 5 different barrels that will last the entire encounter. Barrels are also boring as fuck and don't require you to even build a character, just take advantage of whatever the devs decided to place around
