The nearest thing would probably be Kingmaker, but it's still a very different game.

I wouldn't say PF:KM is a faithful adaptation, it's RTwP. The rules are in there, but they are so bastardized to fit the real time that I'd say it's more of a spin-off than an adaptation.

No and neither can you. Because, again, read my above post. None of them are faithful. Certainly not this one. Even discounting the lack of faithfulness to the spirit of the game, there’s not ritual magic, is there? Do some spells take several minutes or a day to cast?

Faithfullness is not an all or nothing deal. Faithfullness in TB is much more important than faithfullness in rules minutiae.
That aside we heard nothing about ritual spells yet, they might be in as an out of combat only/campsite only deal, depending on casting time. Would be nice, Detect Magic is probably kinda important with how they implement perception checks.

Or do you not consider ToEE a faithful adaptation because it lacks most core 3.5 spells and spell effects?

Since I recently started noticing more and more signs of balding, I feel personally attacked by this.

It's not like I'm incredibly excited about every single Larian's or WotC's product, I just enjoy D&D videogames and I'm happy to see that we are getting one that won't be 101% utter shit after a long time.
