PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Divinity: Original Sin 2 A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. Pathfinder: Wrath
It's hilarious because they don't grasp how racist that actually is. They see blacks like they see their pets. They are not looking at them as if they were their equal, they are actually treating them as inferiors while trying to be "nice" to them.
I mean are they wrong???
Remember that annoying Mage/Thief Nalia from BG2. That's the kind of people we are talking about. Incredible from today's perspective that in 2000 someone thought to make fun of this particular sterotype. I wish it becomes possible once again.

It's actually good they cut that.
Cutting 90% of character content is not that good from what i read, she will make comments on various things but player dont have any dialogues options with her same as karla
If the element is part of yet another "evil to good" story arc, and for a Drow character this time, I'll pass.

Meeting Nere was refreshing, I thought "finally an actual Drow". Then I had to kill him, which may have been fortunate. Learning more about him runs the risk of souring my initial good impression of the character.
I agree, but they most likely cut that because you can't have a badass warrior paladin be brought back to her status as a mere baby factory in this day and age.

Nalia in SoA can be cute. Especially in polish version, when for some reason the voice actress says some of her barks is a sexually suggestive way.

English - I'm ready for everything (determined voice ready for dangers).
Polish - I'm ready for everything (playful voice ready for an unorthodox use of whipped cream).

In Act II, I've completed Shar's Temple (stopping short of the point where the player receives a warning about continuing), explored just about everything outside of Moonrise Tower, and finally proceeded into Moonrise Tower, where I slaughtered multiple groups of enemies and shifted a lever to free a few gnomish and tiefling prisoners, who promptly ran out of the dungeon, only for strange messages to appear in my journal about a boat that no-one mentioned in dialogue and that I should secure the safety of those fleeing, but when I followed them outside I received further messages that they had all perished.
:happytrollboy:
I can restore a recent save, but I suppose I need to determine the proper order for doing things in Moonrise Tower so the game doesn't bug out like that.
Obviously I should purge all Grymforge of Duergar before I go towards Moonrise, just to be safe. Thanks!

You have to do that anyway.

No, you don't. I sided with them and killed "rebellion" too.

So how does time work in this game? I just learned some quests are time sensitive. I'm the kind of person who just likes to hang around the same area indefinitely, looking for every nook or cranny and shit like that. No sure if doing idle stuff makes time go by. Same for traveling around the map, or traveling in and out of camp. Right now i haven't rested a single time and none of my npcs are asking to go to sleep or anything like that so i'm not sure if time just stands still until you actually rest.
Most of the time you’re ok unless you do a long rest but there are some situations where it’s pretty obvious that something will happen if you just ignore what’s happening. Example: waukeen’s rest first visit.

Ah, yes, Nalia. The champagne socialist who fights for the rights of those dirty peasants.

So did anybody finished a Dark Urge playthrough and was it worth it going either completely evil or trying not to give in?

Yes and going full murder mode or resisting temptation are both handled very satisfactorily. It should be the default custom character in my opinion.

I'm playing durge resisting and I've probably got 5 hours left of the game, at the most. Going to Dublin tomorrow though so won't have time to finish until some time next week.

I agree with this and I'm assuming it was at some point, but I can understand why they made the switch.

For example (warning! heavy durge spoiler!)

3x hard wis saves or murder your romance companion would be instant hate mail from 95% of the fan base

as would murdering Alfira without a save

Which of the two options did you like more? Which had more content?

I only did a good playthrough but accidentally picked the evil options a few times because I'm an idiot. They were both pretty impressive but I can't really say what has more content.

Think they are identical. The context changes - the content does not (aside from NPC reactions and voice lines, obviously, those change *a lot*).

I mean everyone? I already purged the area around the cave-in before freeing Nere, to make the fight easier. But there are a couple of pockets of 1-2 Duergar still going about their business not attacking me. Do I need to kill them too in order to not beak the gnomes' scripting in Moonrise tower?

All in the vicinity, but the couple who are in front of the Moonrise entrance door, and the couple who are discussing the statues and walls on the opposite side, they remain non-hostile.

Yes, that's the kind of person who comes up with a character concept such as Wyll. "A nobleman's son, who although Black, adopts the character, moral and manners of true nobility". Can hardly be more racist than that, and less self-aware.

On a separate note, it's funny how in these portrayals, the "Indian princess" characters never receive the "realistic fantasy", GRRM-style cynical portrayal where the aristocracy is far from the cream of society, as far as morality and values are concerned. That treatment is reserved for the White aristocrats

I didn’t. I killed him after saving him. You can solve that situation in a number of ways, don’t have to kill everyone
