So how long will it take for the Definitive Edition with completed Act 3 and all the other missing shebang to release? Months? A year?

You speak as if the game is lacking hot females. Wich is not true there are plenty of those around.

Larian should really consider not biting more they can chew one day.
What's the point of adding more hours of content if you can't finish and balance them properly?
And I have a feeling BG3 will have below average completion rate.

atm based on global achievements:
34.4% of players have reached Act 2
17.8% of players have finished Act 2
6.6% of players have finished the game
0.5% of players have finished the game on Tactician
Impressive. Now let's see Pillars of Eternity's numbers.

Pillows of Eternity
47.0% Completed Act 1
26.7% Completed Act 2
16.7% Completed Act 3
14.8% Won the Game!!

Pillars of Eternity 2
17.9% The End of the Beginning (probably last achievement)

Divinity: Original Sin 2
57.4% Flee Fort Joy for good
24.1% Arrive at Nameless Island
20.5% Arrive at Arx
13.2% Defeat the Kraken
11.8% Complete the game in Explorer Mode
10.0% Complete the game in Classic Mode
3.2% Complete the game in Tactician Mode

... no wonder BG3 is unfinished. Only 12% of the people will finish the game in the best case scenario. The rest will still rave about Act 1.

Minthara has some good angles, but yeah. Kind of a man-face. Sad. And she has that 100 pack of cigarettes a day voice.

Shadowheart is probably the best looking female in the game and has a scar on her face and a 5/10 haircut no matter what hairstyle she picks. Plus, she's some crazy cult cunt who fucked a tranny.

The female cast seems fine. You have the mysterious girl, the domme milf, the tomboy and the evil bitch.
The two grandmas who return from the prior game are just that, two grannies. And yeah, their slider is all the way to old, old, old! But that's just how old they are, and that's just how the character creator makes old people look. Sorry you can't lust after the drow grandma, and have to settle for the drow momma.

What is the problem now?

We're back to square one, talking about companion sex and ugliness of companions. Again.

It's unbelievable the childish crap you can read here, and by people who are putting sometimes great effort to look mature and serious.

Before BG2 came out, even on the Bioware forums, there was no talk about who was going to be someone's favorite waifu.

Just for the sake of facts - Jaheira does not look like a granny by any stretch of imagination. She has a figure of a 40-ish woman, and a good-looking 40-is woman at that. If you think otherwise, you need to go to the beach more often because you are hopelessly out of touch.

There's no "old body" type, just "old face" type. So yeah, she looks as fit as all the other adventurer-soldiers in the game.
Non-Edgy Gamer was talking about the face, too.

Anyways, if you think this is bad, check the Steam forums:

I'm old enough to remember the times when MILFS were considered hot. Now they're feminist agenda to advocate race mixing. Truly, we live in times of decline.

*lots of crazy drivel*

Lmao these people make crazy tumblr tranny look sane in comparison.

We can safely assume that these "debaters" on steam rarely encounter females outside of the porn they watch.

Again, citation needed on Viconia's age. And, no, I don't mean the wiki. If BG2 says it, that's one thing, but all I see is an RA Salvatore fanfic from years later that doesn't even say her age.

As for Jaheira, like I said before: the game even tells you that they could have kept her young using harper magic, but chose not to. I feel this is probably in-character, but if games were still made for (and largely by) young men, I think they would have.

Granny-skin Lae'zel and scarified Karlach (who literally mounts the player between his legs like she's going to peg him btw) have no excuse though. The most positive thing they did for Karlach was give zher white features, but everything below her face is a nightmare that you would physically recoil from in real life, even discounting her demonic features.

It's a videogame, and the top post on this page is claiming that there are tons of hot women in it.

Before progressing the main quest yet, my biggest problems with Act 3 are the following.

Every major character having his own conversation with you where he puts on airs and with puffed chest gives you a presentation about how he is "the real deal" and you should better work with him gets too worn out by the fifth or so time someone does it. The Emperor, Oryn, Raphael, Voss (representing Orpheus), and I still haven't met Gortash. Gosh guys, everyone is so important, so high stakes... They severely overused the villain expose as a device.

The idea of increasing the tension and time pressure narratively, while at the same time throwing the player into an area that's the one most dense in interactions and diversions throughout the whole ~100 hour game is a disasterously bad decision. My crystal ball tells me that it needn't have been so, but someone was really intent on thrusting his genious generic linear 2009 RPG ("defeat the shadow curse") adventure right in the middle of the two open-structure adventures. You can clearly see the difference between stuff designed in tandem with WotC vs stuff designed by Larian on their own.

Men so weak these days, they write long online essays about how vidya game womyn emasculated them in cutscene.

Dark times.
