So how is Act 3 after all these patches, is it still buggy?

Patch 1 and Patch 2 has removed most of the bugs already. And then they made patch 3 and Patch 4, both of them add more bugs without solving any real issue.

Still slogging through ACT 3 but have to say I really enjoyed seeing Shadowheart and Astarian's quest lines through (evil options). The amount and quality of cutscenes that Larian created even for stuff that won't be seen by every player is pretty incredible.
