Let me phrase it this way - what I mean is an RPG where the game was thought of first, but the developers decided not to pull any punches when it comes to adult themes.

For example: if Pathfinder: Kingmaker was developed along those lines, you'd be fucking subjects and slaves left and right, not to mention all the raping and pillaging.
