I'm looking forward to it. Seems to offer more solutions to quests that toee did. It also looks pretty good compared to a lot of other rpgs. I'd say Troika did a very good job from the transition of 2d to 3d.

I'm not bothered about the board thing. If you want destructable terrain in every game you play, otherwise it sucks then you probably don't like a lot of games? I'll just be happy that there's a board to rip off, instead of the 6ft high wooden fence being the invincible barrier that's in a lot of other games.

The dialouge system seems pretty good. The different text colours and no rolls seems a pretty good idea, instead of quick-saving and re-loading everytime you get the bad result.

That was after Peter's encounter on the stairs with papa vamp, so he already knew he had to believe and therefore that's why it worked on Ed the first time. At least that's my theory on it. Who knows what the writers were thinking when they did that.

Vincent didn't know that, though. The head vamp left Ed to kill Vincent and Peter went in to his house at about the same time in the movie, IIRC.

I think there's a misunderstanding here. Peter and Vincent are one in the same for my posts here because his full name is Peter Vincent. Peter Vincent was the one who got told "you have to have faith" and that was before he encountered Ed in Brewster's house.

Sorry, not trying to argue or anything. Just that I know the movie well. Seen it about a bazillion times. :P
