I'll admit I miss my Wizardess from D3. Little Miss Asskicker I called her. Modern day Blizzard seems to have a hate boner for the past iterations of mage characters in Diablo games. The majority of people say she's the most useless character in the game at this point. Won't stop me from playing as her tho.

character progression is boring and basically over at latest at level 75-80

They really need to add 1-2 new end game activities in tier 4. It's silly that you've seen all activities the game has on offer, by the time you've reached Lv. 40-50. They also need to add more end game loot for you to chase, other than just uber uniques. I feel like the game needs an entire new tier/color of items. And better regular uniques.

My goal is to build a poison imbue PvP rogue

I just tried the new patch with my Lv.72 Barb, and I can still do tier 4 content comfortably. Did notice I was doing less damage to vulnerable Elites, but it wasn't that significant to be a big problem for my build. And I still felt pretty tanky. I only lost like 700 or so armor. *shrug*

Regarding xp, I noticed that when I got the cashe from the tree of whispers, I received almost 5x the amount of xp than previously (630k). This activity is probably the best to do now, if you need to get some levels asap to get up to speed in tier 4.

I'm now gonna try out season 1 and see if I can make a Lightning Sorc work. If not, I'll switch to Necro.

Why not just play a more powerful class in season 1, and just forget about your Sorc for awhile? Even after the latest nerfs, all the other classes should still be easier to survive and kill shit with than your pre-patch Sorc.

That's exactly what I'm doing. Season 1 is officially live btw.

As for my sorc she was my first character so I developed a bit of an emotional attachment to her. Shit hurts.

Seems not all of my renown stuff has carried over to this character as it was intended. None of the waypoints are discovered, and in 2 areas I only have the first set of renown rewards unlocked. I should have 9 heal charges but I only have 5 of 7? Has to be a bug.
