Despite liking parts of it, I can't help but be burnt by getting Stygian so soon on launch with its buggy state so I'm going to wait a week to hear how the reception is here.

I was trying my best to be cautiously optimistic about the game so far, especially when i discovored the game uses dice rolls, but this latest Thought Cabinet announcement is getting me hyped; i promised to not let myself get hyped for a game anymore ................... god damn it!!!.

I hope it lives up to my expectations.

That is very nice of you but it is Steam's fault that the price is so high so I don't want people giving me stuff. My country is about as rich as Russia but Steam charges us same prices like Germany.
So I got no moral problems about downloading stuff now and buying it later when it is at "fair" price for my region. It is how I got both nuXcom games and some others.
