I learned how to read when I was 3 or so
Pity that you are wasting this gift here :D

This reminds me of comrade Lenin's parable in Trotsky. :M Truly the devil at work.
I might give this a try. Not long ago I watched the miniseries "White Guard" based on Bulgakov's novel. It was really good, I can recommend it.

I don’t think Rostov will settle for anyone less good, and with the success they’ve had they won’t be short of candidates.

The video reminds me of something, that certainly is amongst the most memorable interactions in any RPG. The buildup towards the heroic sacrifice is truly one of a kind.

Obviously spoilers.

And they say the game doesn't have combat.

I really enjoyed the interaction with the Visual Calculus skill during that part, but I can't find a video that showcases it.

The drugaria Stalin did had the right idea about what to do with them.
Stalin's best line from when Lenin is already ill, and Trotsky is coming to see him: "Comrade Trotsky, you've done some good work for the Revolution. Now it's our turn to do some work as well."

Am I the first person to notice that the cryptozoologist Morell looks like he's modelled after the late evolutionary biologist WD Hamilton?

How high in number should signature skills go? I went with Conceptualization and Encyclopedia mostly since I made INT my "main" stat so to speak and so far so good but I have a lot of extra points to spare especially since I somehow got Actual Art Degree.

edit: I don't plan on min maxing things but I wouldn't want to spend extra points on a skill if I can help it. Ty.

Hello everyone! We're happy to announce that Disco Elysium is now available to play in Brazilian Portuguese. We could not have done this without the hard work of our translation team, who we work very closely with. We'd like to say a great big thank you to them and hope that you will join us in celebrating and supporting their efforts.

Disco Elysium now supports a total five languages, with more yet to come. Remember that you can use the language switch feature by pressing Q or L while playing the game. Which two languages you switch between when using this feature can be chosen in the settings menu.

While the Brazilian Portuguese translation is in excellent shape we will continue to look for ways it could be improved. If you see any ways we can do this then please let us know.

The game also has a -30% discount for a limited time to celebrate this launch. Now is a great time to pick up Disco Elysium if you haven't already, or to gift it to a friend who has been waiting to play it – especially if their preferred language is Brazilian Portuguese!

Thank you so much for all the support we have received and continue to receive. We hope to keep impressing you and reciprocating your love with future updates. Stay tuned for exciting news from us, real soon!
Disco Elysium Patch notes for version 7da1d035 (viewable in the F1 menu, bottom right)

  • Pressing F1 brings up the help menu and version number, again.
  • Some actors were missing from the table.
  • Updated perception Portrait. Go perceive it!
  • Fixed typos, translations in Spanish, Korean and Chinese languages.
  • Fixed typos in English language - who invented so many typos!?
  • Language switch with Q or L!
  • New language added: Brazilian Portuguese

It's interesting to see they are actually going through with translating the game to so many different languages. I do wonder if it pays off for them in the end.
