Well obviously, changing the targeting would mean everything would target mages and commanders... don't think this can be changed much without great harm to the gameplay.

This happens to me frequently and I learned the hard way. You want to keep the local moves. Wish they would fix.

Is this Agartha? I sent you a message here but you maybe did not see. I asked to trade for that one sea province that I needed to survive and thus had to attack it with no response. Just survival logic really. But yes hehe...
