Imagine that it would not be possible to create fe... body type B characters without the oversized heads. With dwarves it would be acceptable because they look like shrunken humans anyway, but not with the other ra... lineages.

If this is official promo material, and it probably is, it also demonstrated this whole alphabet aesthetic perfectly. Look at the Body type B faces, they all look like they belong to in-your-face "assertive" troons or dykes. The black one was deliberately made ugly, because ugliness is considered a statement. It's a middle finger to the objectifying patriarchy, and when combined with darkness and the signifiers of alternative lifestyles, it becomes an even stronger message of burning hatred.
