I know a guy who finds a semblance of various porn actresses in the face of every girl he sees...
Yes,it is good RPG game. Most of the problems that people see here are from retrospective view. The sjw is from before sjw was an acronym and the game was not a cliche when it came out,it was a fresh sip of rpg in season of drought. Also it have some of the best DLCs that i have played. The game is not prefect and it have its problem, but it is worth to be played and even owned. It is a mustplay for an rpg fan in my book.that sounds almost too good to be true... also I dont even knonw what SJW undertone means so that wont be a problem.
i will torrent it then.

Despite the (well deserved) hate the game gets, its premise of watching a location grow over 10 years , and you with it , is cool in theory IMO - would love to see it done properly in a game, instead of as an excuse to recycle assets in a garbage game.
Well in its time it wasn't a cliche per say. It had some pretty dark and realistic undertones. If we look back every rpg is cliche. After all there were fantasy adventure books long before games. Also it was DAO that started the new era of rpgs, without it most devs would have been scared to make rpgs, because of how small the market they thought it was. DAO did show the industry that there is money in rpgs."Not a cliche"? It was mass effect in a fantasy setting.Yes,it is good RPG game. Which wasn't a problem for me personally, as I've managed to stay clear of ME.
The game would be redeemable if the combat wasn't shit. Every fight was exactly the same: waves upon waves of enemies that differ only in the model and how much damage they do.When I first had DA2 described to me, I thought people were like "hey this is bad because it's different" and then I was excited to play it. But then it was just bad and also different.
Well, that's awfully friendly of you.I joined the codex in 2014 just to warn people who I saw were asking "is this game [DA:I] worth buying"
Most likely a forgotten EA ip,like the many others gathering dust in EA's library. Doubt that Biowaste will live past Anthem.I truly can't wait to see what DA:4 becomes. It simply has to follow Witcher 3/Ubisoft because they don't iknow how to do anything themselves anymore.
Looking at DA:I's take on an "open world", it's gonna be nothing short of brilliant how badly they'll try and copy the current big selling games.
Ideally BioWare would get the fuck over themselves and take a look at what other people are doing. No fucking reason Dragon Age: Inquisition, a action focused game releases in 2014, should have such terrible action gameplay when you've got a hack and slash game like Dragon's Dogma out there and showing you how to do things like combat and giant monster fights in 2012.

Like Skyrim, it's not meant to be something that requires good reflexes.
learn phrases wronglyIt's "per se". So many native speakers are illiterate that non-native speakers learn phrases wrong
Agreed on the dark undertones, they were the coolest part of the world building imo. And agreed on all RPGs being cliche. The difference between cliche and a classic is only in the skill with which the story is told. Watch the 3D animation beowulf, or Peter Jackson's Hobbit for an illustration. That's why I said what I did about DAO above.
