Even if they did that it wouldn't be awesome. Try as they might in shooting for awesome, pulling awesome off isn't something BioWare seems to be able to do.

I can kinda understand people despairing over what Bethesda did to Fallout, but you guys are despairing over Bioware ruining Dragon Age? Dragon Age, much like Ass Effect, was never a good thing. Other than some decent background lore in the first game, there was nothing good about this franchise. I still get triggered when I remember how much shit dialogue that first game had.
