Denials never mean anything. Even if it was going to come out next week Capcom would be announcing it on major sites, not in response to a forum question.

Insert Title Here RPG Wokedex Codex Year of the Donut I'm very into cock and ball torture
Do you think the sales to a PC audience would make up for the costs of porting it? If Capcom thinks so, they will. If not, then not.

Did anyone even buy RE6 for the PC? None of us may never know why Crapcom decided to port that shit game when DD has a pretty much guaranteed audience on the PC already, what with Dark Souls doing so well and all.

Didn't think the thread was worth bumping it for, but yesterday a demo for DA hit Japanese PSN. Aside from the voices it's completely in English.

It's also largely the same demo as the original "Adventure Demo" (which is why I didn't bump), though it does show the new character customization options (a few new hair styles, which are actually very distinct and useful, and all DLC colors and voices included). You now have two jewelery spots instead of one, the loading times are a lot better (should test the save times) and, most interestingly, there's new early game items if you look, confirming the new content isn't all for high level characters.

Well, apparently RE6 is selling better than any other game before. And chances are the port was 90% finished by the time the console version came out.

It's nice to see that, much like with Dark Souls, my habit of being extremely lazy about getting around to playing new games will pay off with the release of a superior version. :smug:

Yes, but is it worth buying if you already own DD like me (partly because I'm dumb and missed the post above me a few posts up).

I love that they don't get crazy with the character and monster designs. Some of the monsters in particular look solid, practical, and iconic. Maybe not "unique" enough for some, but neither do they look like they're ripped from the imagination of pre-teen who has looked at nothing but Image comics. And no chain-mail bikinis or gem'd thongs on perfect DD pornstar bodies.

Oh?

that is actually underwear, not armor and it has shitty stats as well.

It is possible to make a warrior like character with somewhat skimpy armor.

you can make a war wearing underwear alone, but chances are it will be shit unless you are overleveled to the max.
"not going crazy with designs" doesn't mean that it should be impossible to wear a plate/maile bikini if you want, just that it should be shitty armor compared to something fuller.

There are revealing pieces, but they are usually meant to be layered over or under something else. In a way, it is incline over Bethesda's streamlining of apparel.

Ah ok. As long as chainmail bikini gives shit defense, then it's fine.

Did Dark Souls sell well on PC?

Dogma will hit the same number more or less.
Well, Dark Souls 2 is going to have a version for PC, so, yes, I guess it sold well. I think CAPCOM is being stupid, Dragon Dogma scream the need of a PC version. Maybe if RE6 sell well, they are going to change their minds . If they release Utimate Super Dragon Dogma edition for PC, I'm going to try to resist a D1P (never a good idea) but it is going to be hard. I really want that they don't be like Rockstar, still no Red Dead Redemption for PC:(, disloyal fuckers.

Gonna pick up the expansion version of this game when it releases at the end of this month. Wish I could load it on my laptop though. It would be a FAR better experience, and could still use a PS3 controller(and a television/couch). /sigh
