damn, I found two little graves nearby.I'm exploring Mountaintops of Giants, starting to feel the burnout due to a repetiteveness, enemy reuse and hp bloat. Then I stumbled upon Stargazer ruins, where you can
That was such a cute moment, it immediately warded off my burnout and gave me energy to continue trudging through.help a ghostly jellyfish girl to find peace by using a spirit ash to summon her sister.
That area is the biggest let-down in the entire game. It looks huge and beautiful on the map, and once you go there you get an empty wasteland with only recycled enemies and a short unique dungeon with very little to explore. It's a shame, because the area does look beautiful and has many interesting landmarks which are basically wasted. It feels like this game's Lost Izalith.Exploring Mountaintops of Giants, feeling the burnout.
inb4 I find out that this moment was copypasted and you can find similar ghosts in other locations.damn, I found two little graves nearby.I'm exploring Mountaintops of Giants, starting to feel the burnout due to a repetiteveness, enemy reuse and hp bloat. Another thing we need spell like Fall Control so instead of riding around I would just jump off the cliff I really think there are too many high ledges
- Grants buff that removes damage and noise from fall
Probably some kind of target practice for large AOE effects. I've tried cutting down the biggest mob to see what happens, and nothing did. Haven't tried taking all of them out though.Lmao all the zombies on the shore in the Weeping Pennisula. What is this, the Ganges?
I agree, but the encounter design and levels are miles beyond the capital people fap to whenever they reach it in this thread (except the sewers, the sewers are great, but I consider them a different area altogether), so it's one of the times where the lack of original enemies wasn't particularly noticed by me. Elphael is an extremely lethal area to traverse if you don't pay attention to your surroundings. And most of the more secret stuff you get to feels legitimately rewarding this time.Haligtree is another beautiful area completely wasted with reused and reskinned enemies. Basically the whole big piece of land in the north is a big let down
I swear the last 15 hours have felt like playing some mmorpg
Does power stance really make that big of a difference with greatswords? I went and farmed a second Banished greatsword and I feel like I'm doing roughly the same amount of damage as I was two-handing a single sword. And now I'm fat rolling again because of the added weight. Not really seeing the benefit of using 2 Banished greatswords...
Also my swings are horizontal now. I liked the high slanted swings because it made killing airborne enemies easy.
Up on closer inspection it does do a fair amount more damage than two-handing a single sword (around 100 more). Still not sure if it's worth the fat rolling. Might have to try dumping a fuckload of points into endurance
gurranq is maliketh right? Does anyone know if killing gurranq early has any effect on the maliketh fight?
gurranq is maliketh right? Does anyone know if killing gurranq early has any effect on the maliketh fight?Space and time in Farrum Azula is convoluted. You're meeting Maliketh of a frozen past in Farum. Gurranq is the real, current state of Maliketh. They don't affect each other.

how did you get that info?
Those six Zamora warriors in the first Mountaintops ruins is the first straight up retarded encountered design in my book.
Who the fuck even stays and fights that shit instead of running past? What's the point of stacking six minibosses together like that? Bleh.
I love the bleed goblins! The backstab animation that flattens them on the ground always makes me laugh. They also squeak and squeal and have funny hats, so it's even more satisfying to kill them. The enemies in the Zamor Ruins, on the other hand... facing them all together when you reach that area for the first time is textbook masochism. Those six Zamora warriors in the first Mountaintops ruins is the first straight up retarded encountered design in my book.

The idiotic bleed goblins are worse.
Everyone is fine with a giant pair of hairy fingers sitting in a throne room, so a murder probably won't attract anyone's interest. So people have been getting murdered and disappearing in my hold and apparently no body is noticing this except me. I found the cleric guy dead on the floor and the lady in black robes standing over him. Then she said some weird stuff and disappeared. No body else in the hold seems to care that there was a murder...
