Ahhh yes, the Much Better Atmosphere(TM) of Lionheart, wherein the first few maps you find DaVince and Shakespear are neighbors, one map away from that old buddy-comedy duo of Cervantes and Machiavelli.
Lionheart is to cRPGs what The Avengers are to cinema; pablum without rhyme or reason, created from business need rather than creative spark.
It pisses me off to see it praised here given this forum's history, because back on the BIS forums everyone and their dog was shitting all over it and the developers for dumbing down the implementation of Fallout's mechanics. That's right, Fallout - a game not known for deep or complex mechanics. Lionheart was proto-decline, along with Brotherhood of Steel and Dark Alliance.
It's a trash-tier grab-bag of historical figures thrown together for the fedora-wearing crowd to feel sophisticated while they splash around in the puddle that they reduced Fallout's mechanics to.
The recent Encased hotfix released a week ago fixed the most annoying and noticeable bugs that interfered with the comfortable playthrough, and also introduced a number of cosmetic fixes, mostly voice acting and localization. Nevertheless, we received a fairly large number of reports from our players regarding not bugs but the interface, game mechanics and unexpected game behavior. Many of these bugs took a long time to fix, so we included fixes for them in Hotfix 2.
Overall, the latest update turned out to be much more voluminous than the previous one, and we hope that traveling around the world of the Dome will become even more convenient.
Attention: fix descriptions may contain plot spoilers!

Heh. This was something that was literally annoying me earlier today. I'd try to use it on Yoko and it would say "out of range," then when I'd move closer she'd move away.
Yeah, you could not also teleport it with psy char. Oops!
You could aim it with teleport, but when try to aim for landing place - animation happen, but beam is still there and no fatigue added.
Patch is good, but still no fix for disappearing items from inventory.
I can't speak russian either to check on Steam.
Has anyone else got the bug for the main fucking quest where you can't restart the nuclear generator.
You have to turn power options on then flick a switch etc, then replace a fuse.
I looked up a guide and did the shit, but it's still broken, get stuck from a 'zap from the machine' , needs to be re-calibrated constantly.
Apart from stealth being completely and utterly retardedly op game is pretty fun.
Turn all the random shit off, then turn on the first generator, then the cooling system, then the second generator. Then you can flip the levers, the second one won't work and the Blue will give you a fuse to replace on the lower level.
If you're doing all that correctly and it doesn't work, then idk - No-one in this thread has mentioned it before you.
Did you fixed the fuse in the ventilation ducts first Comrade? But yes this quest was hard to figure out, you need to turn the second generator than first one which is little counter intuitive.
What I do like in the Encased is that number one option in dialogue can turn it off which makes me to read those carefully and that sometimes picking stat checked dialogues leads you to sub optimal conclusion. Dialogues are also less cultural reference heavy sure you do mention Vietnam war couple of times and can call liberals there Hippies but its not Atom and Fallout 2 like.
Also encountered missing inventory bug its very... dis pointing for 1.0 game.
You can take very strong man to your party after nashville and there are also drugs and Servoshell later on... but having one strength wuss char here in this game is very prohibitive there are places only reachable for decent muscled characters >7 which is good in many RPGs they put lock-pick and make Strength dump stat.
Thinking about a scientific PC, is there any reason not to choose Slacker perk with high (10) brains? It seems like a steal-deal. 16 points per level instead of 19 but two perks at the first level. E.g. taking an instant leveling at the 1st level as a perk, one gets 16 more points to redistribute thus overcoming the disadvantage of the Slacker for five levels to come at least!

I understand, thanks. Though the PC is going to have the better skills right-away from the start, possibly also gaining more experiences, items etc. for it. It still seems an interesting and a better trade-off, doesn't it?
