My question: 800x600? Please tell me that 1024x768 is an option.

Yes, and higher too.
And what about widescreen, you delaying bastards? I wouldn't want to see your HUD stretched.

So, if Torque does support higher resolutions, why on earth are you taking screenshots in 800x600? :x The game's gfx seem to have the capacity to look much better in higher resolutions.

Can you set it up so like you can have a pic gallery all in order so I can click through those instead of clicking on bigger versions of each pic and waiting only to close it in a few seconds. Seriously these lets play threads for AoD are a really awesome idea but are executed so god damn poorly.

Perhaps this has been asked in the last 15 minutes but when is AOD coming out? If this has been covered then I apologise and feel free to flame away. Otherwise, when? Because, y'know it's been a while. And I'm only asking because I want to know how it's gonna go. Just asking.

Dumbfucks like Castanova need to shut up.
AoD is shaping up to be Fallout/Arcanum/Planescape style brought to perfection. Now, if you don't like this kind of RPGs and prefer more "gameplay-heavy" dungeon crawls like Wizardry 8 that's all fine and well, but it doesn't make AoD a bad game.

Dear god, I hope they make it challenging - at least twice as difficult as Fallout. If not, hook me up with Age.of.Decadence-WheelchairWarez

It's very challenging. I doubt that many people will be able to beat the demo.

Speaking about challenge, JA2 Ironman was pretty challenging. Could you make a comparison?

It doesn't, don't get your hopes up.

Nope. All quests have default "outcomes". If you don't do them, someone else would (i.e. the default outcome will be chosen). In this particular case, the default outcome is "Feng poisoned Cassius, tried to flee when things got out of control, but was caught and hanged".

There is no time limit, so as long as you are in a major location (which includes all satellites), you can take your time getting things done. When you leave, all outstanding quests are auto-completed. Kittens are saved, rats are killed, packages are delivered. Much rejoicing.

That sounds really cool. Have any RPGs done something similar to this in the past? I am trying to think of examples, other than the obvious "people die if you take too long in Fallout".

BG2 allows you to join either Bodhi's vampire clan or Thieves Guild. Both choices leave a sour taste in mouth.
