If you mean the ENB lighting, then yes, but not the weather as seen here.

Actualy, i haven't seen volumetric clouds and rain like this in ANY game to date.

STALKER Clear Sky had all of that a decade ago, in addition to things like wet surfaces.

STALKER Clear Sky had all of that a decade ago, in addition to things like wet surfaces.

wrong, Stalker does not have physical volumetric clouds, only a skybox, and the rain is not a visible entity from distance like in this gif from f76
