Not only does this mod offer us figurative art, but it also delivers some award winning literal art as well.

Alright, thought I would give some advice for amateur modders out there so that way they may avoid having their mod be a laughing stock on the internet.
  1. Write your mod first. Have a vision for what you want your mod to be and write it down. Afterwards, be sure that everything is finalized.
  2. Don't rewrite and add stuff in your mod during development. This will only add more time in making your mod and sometimes the stuff you add will feel out of place and feel sloppily put together. Almost like it wasn't originally in the final draft.
  3. Have someone proof read your mod. Ask someone, preferably a fan of whatever franchise that you are making a mod for, and have them go over your mod and make sure that it is lore friendly. Pay them if you have to. In the end it will be worth it.
  4. Don't add current year politics into your mod. Not only is it annoying but it will horribly date your mod.
  5. Don't add your fetishes into your mod. Not only is it gross and unsettling but it will make you a laughing stock on sites like the RPG Codex.
  6. Take any criticism you receive to heart. Ask your critics how can you improve and make your mod better. Use this as a learning opportunity. Don't be a child and invalidate the criticism you receive.
  7. Don't surround yourself with yes men. Have at least a few members on your team be a critical voice and reel in some of your more questionable ideas.
  8. Don't add referential humor or rip off from other works. It is fine to be inspired by another's work but don't copy them verbatim. Be creative. Come up with your own ideas.
By following this advice you should avoid being a laughing stock. Hope this helps.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Joining the Enclave is a fascist power fantasy with fetishistic undertones.

Mentally dominating a teenage girl with smelly feet so she becomes your sex slave is a completely normal and non-fetishistic thing though.

I have to wonder, did the writers just go with their rough draft and say, "Yeah, this looks good! No need to go through it, it's perfect!" The writing is, perhaps, some of the worst writing I have ever seen in a mod. Fetish inserts, current year political references that will date your mod, dialogue ripped off from games the mod authors are fans of, meta dialogue, references to memes that are or will be outdated. Jesus Christs! Did Anthony Burch write this mod?

This is not the Fallout 2 thread.

Josh Sawyer: the Legion wasn't intended to come across as misogynistic, but utilitarian.

"Women are weaker and more emotionally irrational then men. Whenever they try to act like one of the men they come across as a poor imitation.
Nobody wants anything but the genuine article.
Profligates like the NCR and Brotherhood of Steel think their equality is their greatest strength when really it is their greatest weakness.
I've seen the men of the NCR and Brotherhood fall to the sword when it comes to protecting the women on the battlefield.
Having women on the battlefield makes men reckless and sloppy. Nature intended for women to be at hearth and home and men to be hunters and warriors. "

The Legion isn't meant to be a "women are icky, okay" faction. Men fight, and women stay at home and have children to bolster the ranks of the Legion. Nothing more, nothing less. It has nothing to do with "nature", it's about the Legion being an army that has yet to evolve into something else, and thus they need as many capable warriors as they can.

"The Legion weren’t intended to be so overtly misogynistic but in the end they shipped as such."

"Caesar’s idea of women was supposed to be completely utilitarian and without regard for their wellbeing or interest- his intention was not aggressively hateful misogyny as much casually dismissive misogyny. Structural misogyny vs personal misogyny."

It would be retarded for Caesar to see his baby factories into battle. Nothing to do with "women are weak and irrational".

Do you ever stop and wonder that maybe the Legion would make a excuse for them not having women on the battlefield? Caesar probably needs to tell a lie to his men on why women can't fight. There was a reason in the past on why women weren't allowed on the battlefield. The Russians tried that and it ended in disaster. Jesus, were you one of the devs for The Frontier? You sure are acting like it.
You never did a female Legion playthrough, did you?
Or talked to any Legion members as a female Courier. What a cuck. He bitched to me earlier about why we should be more "sensible" to peoples phobias. Get the feeling that he was one of the devs for The Frontier.

For jerries. Russian women were used on frontline very sparingly, as snipers or as pilots. And only because they themselves were asking for it. (who wouldn't if their homeland gets invaded by literal genociders)

Also:
Cursor Lucullus: Women are physically and intellectually inferior to men. Their role is to bear children and ensure the survival of our species. Not to say that all women are equally incapable. I trust Caesar will find a worthy use for you.
Otho: Women are beneath notice, as Caesar has taught us. I'm only allowing you to speak to me because you are Caesar's guest.
What were you saying again Sigourn?

This is your brain on New Vegas mods. Any questions?

Talk about cope. You know, when New Vegas Bounties 3 came out and people criticized it for some of the mods questionable and edgelord stuff, Someguy took the criticism in strides and welcomed it. He even joined in on the fun of dunking on his mods and talking with people on what should have been done or improved upon. He didn't go fishing for pity points on Twitter. It was actually refreshing to see someone do that as many writers, both professional and amateur, take themselves too seriously. Hell, even the writer for New California owned up to his faults with the writing in his mod too. The Frontier devs on the other hand should serve as an example to writers and modders on not how to take criticism.

Holy shit! She is a teen? That just brings a whole other level of degeneracy to this mod.
Lets see we have:
Scalie fetish
Slave-master fetish
Helicopter and car crash fetish
Foot fetish
Gore fetish
and now ephebophilia fetish.

How much further does this rabbit hole go?

Nah, as I understand they specifically include a letter in her inventory wishing her a happy 18th birthday. Barely legal!
Eeh... This mod is now making me uncomfortable... I mean, being a degenerate fur fag is one thing but being into underage or barely legal girls/boys and wanting to mentally dominate and enslave them makes my skin crawl.

This is bush league compared to some of the other stuff modders can come up with.
