I'm laughing hard about the Sneedclave invasion and those clowns deserved a invasion to purge the degeneracy, they are just a bunch of cunts, but the modders are really clueless about the series they are making mods for, Bethesda ressurecting the Enclave was peak creative bankrupcy, I really dont want to see the Enclave anymore, much less the Enclave written by furries. OG Obsidian, the one that was actually good before dying inserted so much stuff with the Mormom stuff on Honest Hearts, the Legion, Mr. House and all that stuff. Bethesda was so jealous that they just made Fallout 4 with a faction that is just a copy paste of Old World Blues content on the form of the Institute, of course, with no intelligence and class as usual.

They even had a faction that seemed cool on Fallout 76, the responders, imagine the firefighters turning into a militia, it even made sense, people used to save people from rubble would make a great basis for a Fallout faction as they would pretty much demanded on the apocalypse AND have the knowledge where to get clean water that probably wasnt radiated but NOPE, Fallout 76 main story is basically an invasion of bat dragons infected with fungus...that wipe the only original faction out, yeah. It is like Todd had a creative brain fart but the rest of his brain couldnt accept that reality and decided to clamp hard on it and recycle Skyrim again.

"Less easy to interpret wrong"
How do you explain a guy drawing porn of childish cartoon horses in a way less easy to interpret wrong?
There's admittedly a huge difference between disturbing brony shit and outright pedo content. Namely one's dealing with fictional disturbing content and the other is involving an actual crime where you should be calling the police (which tgspy claimed would be happening on that Q&A stream and the other guy echoed). It's still gross shit, but folks base works off of Shadbase' "Vault Meat" without a peep and let's be real he's drawn *far* worse.

So talking with people about the mod in discord, one of them posted something interesting. Don't have any way of verifying this so just take it as second-hand rumor.

No way that's legit. Sounds way too far out. Right?
It's very far out but the last week has taught me that a lot of people involved with the mod aren't very bright.

Bethesda ressurecting the Enclave was peak creative bankrupcy

I think it was actually a genius idea that was jumped the gun and done in a retarded way.

It was too early to resurrect the Enclave. 2 was all about them. The Enclave returning should have happened in like, Fallout 4 or 5. Its like beating idk, Darkseid seemingly forever... and then he shows up in the next comic no worse for the wear. I just had a saga about Darkseid, I wanted to see Superman fight Lex Luthor or something. Enclave returning would have been one hell of a plot twist if done right.

Also, in many aspects, Fallout 3 is just... not cool. Aside from Autumn (the real hero of the game, should have been joiniable) and Eden (good idea, lame execution), the FO3 Enclave simply lacks cool or interesting characters. Whereas the OG Enclave had Richardson, Dr. Curling, Dornan for the lulz, Frank Horrigan, Granite, and Dr. Henry and Ron A. Meyer as deserters. Enclave soldiers are puny, no DT means Power Armor doesn't really matter. Their endgame was simply ass, you follow Liberty Prime destroying the Enclave and that's it. The Purifier confrontation is such a let-down.

A good example is how Bethesda, in their creative bankruptcy, had Liberty Primes in TWO games... and in not a single one of them, you fight Liberty Prime as a final boss. Its a giant nuke-tossing, laser-shooting, catchphrase spewing super war robot made to wreck armies. Its perfect final boss material... and THEY FUCKING WASTED IT. It would be like Frank Horrigan be a good guy in FO2.

Yeah, Bethesda world building is super weak. They seem to just re-hash old material, and their concepts often are interesting but fall flat because of execution. Like how the Institute makes no sense.

Free States are also cool, militias with bunkers and shit.

FO76 does have some cool world-building. I like how the real thing that did everyone in, is the fact everyone distrusted each other and thought everyone was out to get them or could't be trusted.

More information on the mess.

Eh, I wouldn't consider that guy a good source for information. Most of his info comes directly from the developers which are lying their asses off nonstop. He's just regurgitating their lies.

Eh, I think he does about as well as he can with the verifiable information available. He's not completely uncritical either. While he does say that America was intended to be legal he also gets the developers to admit that the way they went about conveying it and the wording behind it is clearly dubious and gives the impression that she is jailbait. He also uses it to bring up the character who was actually supposed to be underaged and talks about doing drugs and having sex constantly that has gone completely unnoticed by everyone in order to ensure the devs aren't left entirely off the hook. While he doesn't outright say it he does also point out that the excuse the guy who wrote America's enslavement dialogue used to shift blame was awfully convenient and clearly doesn't seem to buy it himself.

Bruh, if the guys who worked on the mod aren't trustworthy than who it is? 4chan? r/Fallout? The Gun Network modder whose dad worked for Frontier and got him a pre-release ESM?

Haven't played this or read the thread, but it's nice to see devoted gamers come together and breathe new life into an old title.

The new tidbits is that Maybenexttime was the previous lead on this mess and Tgspy was a Q&A guy that got promoted when he quit and didnt want the job, so based on his words, maybe he is lying, wouldnt be the first time, he kept doing what he did, Q&A and dealt with finding people to work on the mod but didnt care at all of trying to make the other modders walk in line and revise their content, could be him pushing responsability away though because Mantis claims he is super touchy with criticism and maybe he really did had power to intervene but was so biased on their echo chamber that he couldnt see it and now is on damage control.

So, this thing, at best, based on his words, was actually running without a leader for a long time, what seems to match what Xilandro was butthurt about working on a project without a leader. I got the feeling that maybe in part is true that he didnt supervised the other modders, he seemed strangely uninterested and more like annoyed by the whole thing just before launch, he didnt behave like someone that was proud of it before launch, it seems to match with someone that is on a position that he really didnt wanna be.

Also DevilWish pretty much took a massive dump on the NCR main quest, it is confirmed from multiple sources, most of the retardation on the main NCR questline came from his asshole. It seems this project was never meant to be a Total Conversion and the entirety of it was the NCR main quest at some point with no open world, no side quest and etc. DevilWish was working on it with MaybeNextTime on what was basically Hunt Down the Freeman, Gamebryo Edition until 2018. In 2018, by the time Tgspy assumed as the "leader" they decided to expand the mod, each modder got its own fiefdom but because the main NCR quest was pretty much 90% of the content, they wrote the other quests to match the NCR quest and with zero supervision or ineffective supervision or maybe both what I think it is the truth.

So, at best this mess should had been cancelled on 2018 when MaybeNextTime left, the content they had was just a Hunt Down The Freeman situation that they used to show off on the trailers at that point, it was doomed from the start, at worst, they still cant assume any responsability at all for how they hidden and misrepresented what was really going on, their behavior is super questionable still on their Discord and they seem to forget things when it is incovenient. One thing I learned, I will be suspicious of any mod that doesnt release in chunks from now on, Fallout Miami is another one with the smell of modder madness.

4chan had loli and guro boards in the past, I'm not so sure that this is the right place for discussing moral integrity.
There are fewer and fewer oldfags left posting. Place is infested with clueless newfags, normalfags and other such assorted filth. Of course these sorts of discussions will end up happening there.
Old posters grew up, there were several exodus events, staffers are all trannies. 4chan is reddit now.

Tgspy is not lying. I know him for many years now (before he became the lead of this dumpster fire), and he only became lead because he wanted to see the mod finished. He wasn't involved in any creative decisions or anything, he was just trying to keep the team working on the mod so it would be finished.

Like I said before here on this thread, he was just a manager, just trying to keep people working on the mod, and he was also tired of it years ago. He just wanted to see the mod released and he had already decided to quit the team (after the mod was released) years ago.

Let's be honest, his team wasn't reliable, they were quite disconnected and the project was a mess, no wonder he wanted to bail out as soon as possible, but he knew that if he had done it in the past, the project would probably just die. That would have been a good thing, but he had no idea that the mod he had dedicated so many years and work to was full of this garbage.

It's a problem with large mods with a dysfunctional team and unorganized work, no one will know everything that is included in the mod. I'm so glad that our TTW team is not even close to that.

LOL! The troll that made the Piss Factory Overhaul made a Enclave quest for The Frontier: Get it here.

Well, a Piss Factory is a fetish. The Enclave, as the devs of The Frontier told us, is a sexual fetish of racists, fascists and Trump voters.

So logically, it makes sense to go from one fetish to another.

I mean, who ins't attracted to that sleek Power Armor full of curves? Those pulsating, hot plasma rifles? Who would't want to get into the large yet tight confines of those beautiful vertibirds that can go from plane to assault helicopter and back, on a switch?

Hot.

Shittesda creative bankruptcy goes farther than that. Just compare Enclave in Fallout 2 and Fagout 3.
In Fallout 2, Enclave works in the shadows: deals with Salvatores, raids Vaults and military bases, but no one knows anything about them. Fallout 2 lacks "ask about" function, but you can imagine with it there no one will tell you anything about them. Enclave is that mysterious but powerful organization that you had to go against. Enclave is powerful, but not powerful enough to purge the Wasteland with a brute force.
In Fagout 3 Enclave is literally a cannon fodder, more sturdy version of raider legions. They're introduced with a fucking D-Day style operation when they land everywhere and put their outposts all over the place. Where did they get so much men and equipment? Why do they need this "poison water" bullshit when they can just employ einsatzgruppen and start clearing the Wasteland?

All they fucking had to do, both Bethesda and these idiots, re: The Enclave is just not include the Enclave. "The Enclave is Overrated"? THEN DON'T FUCKING MAKE A HUGE SPACE STATION ABOUT THEM WITH A GASSING GERMAN DOKTOR, fucknuggets.

The Enclave were a one-trick pony in my book. A sea-vault, basically, of the rabid Americanos who fled and jerked themselves off for a hundred and seventy years, a sort of counterpart to the BoS in a way, but a relic of the past that the world had moved on from but they have the tech and mettle to be a threat to California. They zoom in, fuck shit up, abduct people, do programs. Sort of even like a fucked up Black Helicopter and UFO mix. Then you blow their shit up.

It wasn't the most polished conflict. The Enclave should had been an expanding threat like Unity. Redding and Klamath should fall. The NCR should had organized and fought back. Frisco should had been nuked or bombed to shit. Make it more of war, fine. But all of that is still in the context of Fallout 2.

The Enclave had no real way to get to 3, and the Enclave in 3 is bullshit. Should had just been Talon Company or some USM remnant being dickwads. In NV, the Remnants were really pushing the envelope and if it was just one big tough guy in PA that may had been enough. In Frontier they shouldn't had even been considered. Simple as.
