What are some of the best games in this genre? My favorite is King's Field IV (and yes, I am aware of Lunacid).

Shadow Tower: Abyss got a translation patch, if you liked the King's Field games, it's the same type of game pretty much. I thought it was better than King's Field 4.

There's also Eternal Ring.

Both games are made by From Software. I played all the King's Field games, and their other first person dungeon crawlers.
