More than once i have found myself looking for games where you play as a winged humanoid.
So far its seems like a healthy curiosity, but, in the worst case scenario, it could lead me to a weird feathery fetish.

Still, Icall upon your knowledge to list on this very thread games where you can play a character with usable wings.

I will start by listing:
Terraria (you can craft wings and use them to lift up and plane); and
Owlboy.

The "Leap Stone" relic in Symphony of the Night allows you to do a double jump higher than a normal jump. You can see the pair of wings, but unfortunately does not allow you to fly, only the Bat form does.

Soul Reaver 1 and 2 (also Defiance, but we don't talk about Defiance). The LoK-based multiplayer slasher Nosgoth also had a winged character but the game has since been discontinued.

Various versions of Tactics Ogre have winged humanoids you can recruit (though the PC is still stuck being a boring non-winged humanoid).

In the SNES/PSX game, you have one unique Eagleman and as many "Hawkmen" as you would like. They make great archers due to their ability to fly up to a nice sniper's perch.

In Divinity II: Dragon Knight saga you get to turn into a dragon at will and fly around.

In Breath Of Fire games you also play as someone who can turn into a dragon. Can't fly though.

Not entirely sure this is what you want, but on the Atari 2600 there are Wing War and Sir Lancelot, which have pretty neat flight physics where you went around trying to keep yourself in the air, including some nice flapping of wings. Sadly, beyond that they were really bad.

I like flying too. World of Warcraft would be hard to beat for this. Most people click a flying mount icon and they can fly on that, but the Druid has/had it's own flying form. It was really fun to fly, avoiding mobs easily. And in open world PVP you can stalk people from the treetops like an evil hawk or Predator or whatever.

For a game with an actual winged humanoid protagonist, the Commodore 64 shoot-'em-up Insects in Space was released in 1989 and ported to both the Atari ST and the Commodore Amiga in 1991:

I am going to go with Conquest, 1983. It has only 3 keys : left, right and flap wings.

Try to beat 1983 :).

In Sam's Journey on the C64 you can turn into a bat and fly around the levels.
As for games that really have humanoids with wings, Shiny Entertainment's Messiah comes to mind, although you can only fly in the baby angel form.
Also H.E.D.Z. (Head Extreme Destruction Zone) has several playable humanoid characters with wings that can fly.
