The icons from I Am Not A Monster are great, what you'd expect from the pulp scifi game art.

Already mentioned, but Ultima and MM had some of the best, and BB of course.

I did enjoy the Witcher ones when there was more poison and trap making.

Loved Siege of Avalon, and as mentioned the art and inventory screen is quite nice, writing is somewhat good, even the music... but the combat sucks. It's got similar issues to Arcanum's real time mode, and even manages to be a bit worse because it's clunkier.
