So Ash fiddling with cocks game files transformed a pathetic needlethrower called "assault rifle" into a monstrous deathbringer of doom . Also it looks like NPCs react to their comrades disappearing from positions , if this is true and not just me misplacing bodies than I might've had the biggest erection ever thinking of video game's AI .
So far the speccing into rifles made the game easier than running around with heavy weapons (who would've thought , right ?!) , striker is still super strong , sniper rifle still blowns everyone's brains out , assault rifle got a huge upgrade and I have a fuckton of ammo. Good shit sir.

Forgot to mention that despite your efforts to improve AI there is one thing I find broken . If you run away from AI they give up on chasing you too easily , it happens pretty often , for example: in middle of shootout I retreat to a better position and they just forget about me , what's even more silly they return to their regular patrol route and forget about encounter , I suggest putting them into permanent alert state if they've already been in combat with player , if that's even possible .
