All in all, it seems you can't win solely by doomstacking and may collapse due to poor decisions. Which is good to me

Polish uprising annexes Germany in under 4 months in the third video? Can any resident codex potatoes weigh in on the historicity of this simulation?
LOL.

If you want more details, uprising didn't have tanks even during normal planned Polish uprising, and after Germans brought units to bear, it ended.

(Poland started uprising several months weeks early, because they seen Russia is placing theirs proponents to high posts, and Polish leadership thought if they didn't start, they wouldn't have any political weight whatever. I'm not sure if it was possible for leadership to seduce Russia they would support Russia, and keep Poland pro-Russia as promised. Both Russia and Poles had theirs own head during WWII, and Poles were boneheaded.)

It that twitch Venesuela put up a fight and AI acte reasonably, countered naval assault, reinforced choke points and vital provinces. We'll see if AI could cope with much larger fronts.

where Sweden invades Japan.
It was USA-Sweden-Netherlands invasion, so I'm going to give this a pass. Strangely, UK wasn't involved, but they probably weren't fast enough, since it was taken very quickly with majority of japanese forces being surrounded and destroyed by Comintern in Manchuria and Korea (quite historical actually).
What's bothers me is that AI doesn't know how to use fast divisions to seize undefended land or to rush towards VP. Also peace treaty mechanic need some tweaks. It was quite sensible up until certain point, but then Greece decided to annex Japan.

Calling it now that the first major DLC is a Cold War expansion DLC with a dynamic post-war order and World War III.

Weird, I got a BSOD while loading a save file and now the game won't launch. Seems HOI4 is on the fritz.
Actually my PC has been fucked all week, but I just wanted to make that pun.:negative:

Wait, that's a review? It literally sounds like the "reviewer" is reading bullet-points from a Paradox presskit.

Paradox sent them a bag of cash after IGN reminded them with the Stellaris "review" that they hadn't done so in a while.

Stellaris vs HOI4, which will be complete first and why?

Neither, it's Paradox. When have they ever completed a game?

Hearts of iron 4 is complete because it's in development since hearts of iron 1 that's 14 years.
