It's interesting that this is their angle of marketing, they have not shown off any gameplay and I don't think people expect much gameplay from these has-beens that once made cute platformers but now are scuffed David Cage wannabes making barely interactive movies for the Playstation. Usually the person that agrees with the politics of the dev will attempt to cloud the issue by saying nobody is allowed to talk about what the devs are shouting with megaphones from rooftops since it "detracts from discussions about the game itself", nevermind what is in the game. But here there is no game to speak of, not now, not five days from release, not on release, and not after support has been dropped and the last patch is released.



This is the only thing this media product exists as, the cattle-like soulless vacant stare of 1% Korean blooded sheboon, slurping on a drink that comes with fast food goyslop. Video games? the most glaring plothole is the fact that to lure in galactipol with their fancy ships, luis doesnt need to gather any of the aces on sempiria. the only thing the leader of aces needs to do is to inform authorities, in any convincing way, where he currently is. he can lie that aces are with him to make it seem more serious. the cops are generally obliged to respond to such calls with a respectful force. this means jordan never gets near sempiria and, thankfully, this would mean no game. one can dream...
what is more, both short-term and long-term sempirians plans are also rather questionable. sempirians seem ill-equipped to deal with humanity. they are partially savage, their weaponry seems outdated, and for generations they couldnt figure out how to leave their planet, while luis in his shitbox seems to be free to enter/leave anytime he wants. hmmm, this makes me think that maybe sempririans are written this way on purpose? you know what i mean: religious folks are dummies, their religion is rooted in heresy, and their false messiah is evil. very subtle, mister druckmann, very subtle.

ND marketing strategy is rage farming/fanbaiting.
Same as stupid gay Disney Star Wars actors talking about JarJar Binks destroying Death Star and genociding stormtroopers, or whatever.
Druckmann will double down, then cry abuse, then maybe gaslight a bit, rinse and repeat - anything to get controversy and social media involvement.

ND probably assumes it will work for them in the same way as the controversy with bears worked for Larian, but it is completely different case.
Larian were AA developer that looked to up their game status and reach, ND after pissing on the fans with Joel hole-in-one are in the downward spiral.
In their relation with gamers, ND are more similar to CDPR after CP2077 blunder; positive attitude and suspension of disbelief is lost, everybody will watch for their mistakes.

1: Had a new (not recycled) female (as opposed to customization or pick of characters) main character and
2: Had her developed enough for her sexuality to come up

Only thing I can think of is Onirism (France), and Carol's sexuality is never mentioned because 1: She's the only human character in the game 2: She's 10. Even looking it up, I genuinely can't find any games that meet both 1 and 2 that I remember existing.
