Alistair's Nightmare. He is dreaming about lost family.
Alistair: Hey! It's great to see you again. I was just thinking about you... isn't that a marvelous coincidence?
Alistair: This is my sister, Goldanna.
Alistair: These are her children, and there's more about somewhere. We're one big happy family, at long last!
Bro: They're demons, you know.
Alistair: Oh, that's what everyone says about their relatives, but I've never been happier.
Goldanna: I'm overjoyed to have my little brother back. I'll never let him out of my sight again!
Bro: You live with your sister?
Alistair: There's nothing wrong with living with my sister. I've never had a real family, before.
Goldanna: Well, Alistair, is your friend staying for supper?
Alistair: Sure you'll stay. Goldanna's a great cook. Maybe she'll make her mince pie. You can, can't you?
Goldanna: Of course, dear brother. Anything for you.
Bro: She's just a demon in disguise. Don't believe any of this.
Alistair: How can you say that about Goldanna? She's... she's the soul of goodness!
Alistair: You're acting very strangely.
Bro: (Persuade) Think about this and how you got here. Think carefully.
Alistair: All right, if it makes you happy. I... it's a little fuzzy, that's strange...
Goldanna: Alistair, come and have some tea.
Alistair: No... wait.... I remember a... tower. The Circle... it was under atttack.... there were demons. That's all I really remember.
Bro: That's when we got trapped in the Fade, where we are now.
Alistair: A-are you saying... this is a-a dream? But it's so real...
Goldanna: Of course it's real! Now wash up before supper and I--
Alistair: Something doesn't feel quite right here. I... think I have to go.
Bro: Yes, we've wasted enough time here.
Goldanna [xtreme demonic voice]: No! He is ours, and I'd rather see him dead than free!
Fast and easy fight.
Alistair: G-Goldanna? I can't believe it. How did I not see this earlier?
Bro: I don't know. Maybe you're just not that intelligent.
Alistair: Yes... uh, well. Try not to tell everyone how easily fooled I was.
Alistair: Are we going now? Wait, where are you going? What's happening to me? Hey!
He disappears
To the next one.
Morrigan's Nightmare. She's arguing with mommy.
Morrigan: Away! Away with you! I shall have no more of your pestering!
Flemeth: I am your mother... do you not love me?
Morrigan: You are as much my mother as my little finger, right here, is the queen of Ferelden. I know you, fade spirit, you cannot fool me.
Flemeth: Are you more clever than your own dear mother? Surely such pride must be punished!
:Bitchslap:
Flemeth: There! That is for not showing respect!
Morrigan: That is far more like it, but it is too little too late, spirit.
Morrigan: 'Tis you at last! Come and rid me of this vexatious spirit! I weary of being prodded!
Bro: All right, I'm coming.
Morrigan: Good, kill it, and then we can be off.
Morrigan: 'Tis about time! That was most--
Morrigan: Wait! What is this? No, not this again! I refuse!
She disappears
Now it's time to visit our dear buttfriend.
Hardkkore BDSM
Crude Torturer: I think I saw him flinch this time.
Cruel Torturer: Maybe. We'll make you scream yet, apprentice.
Crude Torturer: We're not going to go easy on you, trust me.
Zevran: (Groans) No... I wouldn't... want you to hold back. I'd be disappointed if you... did.
Crude Torturer: This one has the spirit. It's a shame we have to break him.
Bro: I'll not have you threaten a friend of mine.
Zevran: What... what are you doing here? You're not supposed to be... here...
Bro: Snap it out. This is a dream.
Zevran: I can't... I need to stay strong. This is my test. I am going to be a Crow... I need to show them I can tolerate... pain.
Bro: You don't have to. They're demons, can't you see that?
Zevran: What? That cannot be, and yet... you speak the truth? I can feel it. Is this nothing but a bad dream? A bad memory?
Cruel Torturer: Oh, I think he's questioning is. That's a very, very bad thing to do, isn't it?
Crude Torturer: Yes, it is. Yes... he will be punished for that. Severely punished.
Zevran: Well! That was bracing! There's nothing like a good racking, is there?
Zevran: Hmm? What are you doing? Where are you going?
He disappears.
We are getting close.
Sloth Demon: What do we have here? A rebellious minion? An escaped slave? (Laughs) My, my... but you do have some gall.
Sloth Demon: But playtime is over. You all have to go back now.
Bro's companions appear.
Alistair: Oh, here I am! And there you are! You just disappeared. Well, no matter!
Zevran: How did I get here? What happened to all those luscious wood nymphs?
Morrigan: You made a dangerous enemy, demon, by toying with my mind.
Sloth Demon: If you go back quietly, I'll do better this time. I'll make you much happier.
Bro: I'll make my own happiness, thank you.
Sloth Demon: Can't you think about someone other than yourself? I'm hurt, so very, very hurt.
Bro: I'll take my chances. I'll do nothing you say.
Sloth Demon: You wish to battle me? So be it... you will learn to bow to your betters, mortal!
Fight with Sloth Demon is multi-staged. He has a total of five forms. Each time you defeat one form he will respawn in a different form with full health.
The first form is Ogre.
Second form is Rage Demon. Oh, our gay friend has just passed out.
Third form - Abomination. Probably the weakest one.
Fourth - Shade. Not much harder.
And the final form - Arcane Horror who likes spamming AoE spells. Oh shit, Bro and Morrigan fell a victim of untimely fireball.
But not all is lost - our simple-minded paladin managed to heal wounds using lyrium vein. Will "fool's luck" perk work? Who will prevail?
Through the successful use of special attacks Mr. Bastard managed to render foe defenseless. Blood and thunder, victory at sea! See, even people with special tags can do something worthy.
Mage Niall congratulates us.
Niall: You defeated the demon. I never thought... I never expected you to free yourself, to free us both.
Niall: When you return... take the Litany of Adralla from my... body. It will protect you from the worse of the blood magic.
Bro: Aren't you coming to help?
Niall: I cannot go with you. I have been here far too long.
Niall: For you it will have been an afternoon's nap. Your body won't have wasted away in the real world while your spirit lay in the hands of a demon.
Bro: What are you babbling about?
Niall: Every minute I was here, the sloth demon was feeding off me, using my life to fuel the nightmares of this realm. There is so little of me left...
Niall: I was never meant to save the Circle, or... survive its troubles. I am dying. It is as simple as that.
Bro: I should leave quickly then.
Niall: It is time for us both to be on our way. Remember the Litany of Adralla. The Circle is all that matters now.
Niall: Thank you and goodbye... friend.
The Circle Tower, again. Unbelievable, I've managed to slog through this.
We take the Litany from the corpse, as Niall suggested.
Empty rooms devoid of enemies are a welcome change. But as soon as you start to think you've left filler fights behind - they return hitting bothass and legs patience and fun.
The last closed door. What's behind?
A templar in some sort of magical cage.
Cullen: This trick again? I know what you are. It won't work. I will stay strong...
Bro: What won't work?
Cullen: Enough visions. If anything in you is human... kill me now and stop this game.
Cullen: You broke the others, but I will stay strong, for my sake... for theirs...
Cullen: Filthy blood mages... getting in my head... I will not break... I'd rather die.
Bro: You're not going to die, not if I can help it.
Cullen: Silence... I'll not listen to anything you say. Now begone!
Cullen: Still here? But that's always worked before. I close my eyes, but you are still here when I open them.
Bro: You are pretty dense, aren't you?
Cullen: Don't blame me for being cautious. The voices... the images... so real...
Cullen: Did Greagoir send you? How... how did you get here?
Bro: I'm here to cleanse the Circle.
Cullen: Good... kill Uldred. Kill them all for what they've done.
Cullen: They caged us like animals... looked for ways to break us. I'm the only one left...
Cullen: They turned some into... monsters. And... there was nothing I could do.
Bro: Be thankful it wasn't you.
Cullen: Don't think I'm not grateful... but why should I live when my friends lie dead, their bodies and spirits broken?
Cullen: To think I once felt pity for the Circle. Now I'd like nothing more than to wipe their taint off face of Thedas.
Bro: Mages are dangerous, yes.
Cullen: Only mages have that much power at their fingertips. Only mages are so susceptible to the infernal whisperings of the demons.
Cullen: Yes, some fought back... but even they are lost now. Uldred has them.
Cullen: They are in the Harrowing Chamber. The sounds coming out from there... oh, Maker...
Cullen: He's doing something to them, I can feel it. Something terrible...
Alistair: His hatred of mages is so intense... the memory of his friends' deaths is still fresh in his mind.
Cullen: You have to end it, now, before it's too late.
Bro: What do you propose we do?
Cullen: To ensure this horror is ended... to guarantee that no abominations or blood mages live, you must kill everyone up there.
STOP.
To kill or not to kill: that is the question. KKKodex, help Bro decide.
Fast and easy fight.
