While the Elven Armor is a bit better than Standard Kingdom - its certainly not enough to account for our fighters doing a third of their normal damage. We might need to enhance weapons when fighting Black Slayers from now on.

Owyn rests up. Then Gorath finishes the last Nighthawk with a swing for 123. But the damage came up as healing and a new Black Slayer rises from the ground. If we weren't wiping the floor with them due to enhanced weapons and this was the first time I've seen this - I'd probably be quite scared.

B. I think you've found out everything you need to know from here, and you've already got more equipment and skills than you need.

Owyn's staff won't work underground because it's not actually shooting out lightning, it's just casting Skyfire for free.

I think using torches may give you a penalty to stealth, but I can't remember where I got that idea from, so don't take my word for it.

That fight is a bit of letdown after the Nighthawk leader has been built up so much over the last couple chapters. They should have given him a few highly-skilled bodyguards at least.

Yeah I think other disabling spells work on him so you can just stun lock him. So I actually gave him a bit more of a chance than I needed to.

We check out the rest of the room and it seems there are 4 exits actually. We try going to the right.

Enemies look kinda bunched up so Owyn tries to Fireball the guy on the left to hit two dudes to his right but not to hit Gorath. Fireball lands for 60 damage and kills the main target, but splash damage only hits one other dude.

Yes, I believe that comes up during the next chapter. They're just tagging along with Delekhan's army for the money and have no real loyalty to him.

Yeah, this is where you really need Gorath to be brutal and kill off enemies quick. Owyn is lucky to get off one spell in some of these fights where you're badly outnumbered, but by now he's got the ability to defend himself pretty well.

There will be fights against spell casters later in the chapter which could be quite difficult - with just 2 characters its easy for one to get disabled with a spell and then...

The hallway we decided to explore quickly ends in a pit with nothing but a dead end behind it.
