The sad part is that the concept demos that I played actually had potential. The whole Mechajammer thing came out of nowhere.

I hope they can realize their original vision of what they wanted to do, some day.

Their "original vision" changed so many times until the publisher lost patience with them.

Yeah, Copper Dreams looked really cool, I wouldn't mind seeing them finish that off (or a spiritual successor) at some point.

Had Email contact with them half a year ago, they said that the concept of mechajammer will be explored in a new title on which they'll work after their current game is done (Banquet of fools). That is now released and looking something between 'ok' to 'good'. So there is hope. They seem to finally have figured out their technical issues, too. I think they'll reuse the Banquet engine for the new game.
