I commented on this in Fanta's thread. I love FO Nevada but the first official english release was in 2018. Many of us completed it back then.

Playing KOTC2 is not mandatory, you can still vote for it , and wotr hate is strong .

Sorry my poll is only available to the codexers and their army of alts, not open to everyone so it cant be official.

We can play kotc 2 just fine and there's a large mod already published ,available for free, sounds good enough for a 2021 release. It's possible pierre keep modifying and tweaking it for years like all those games never getting out of early acces. At least i can say KOTC2 has a start and an end and its possible to play through it, cant say that for every releases.
So far it seems wotr is first(not by far) no matter what kind of polls we do. But next choices are more interesting second is KOTC 2 and third is the gothic 2 mod. Makes the codex looks a bit different than mainstream.

Pierre never puts in on Steam/GoG. I don't have international credit card to pay on his site and I know that there are hundreds of guys here in Codex in the same situation. However, I believe that once it comes on Steam/GoG, I will like KoTC2 more than PF:WoTR. Maybe even more than Kingmaker.

I honestly loved KoTC1 but din't liked the lack of building options. If KoTC2 is KoTC1 + more options, it will be a masterpiece.
