I was tempted to post images of the dead Che, but that would no longer be funny

Dropped to 43% positive rating in Steam, hope it goes to negative again (and stays there).

It probably will. This hate train has no brakes.

BTW has Sean Murray said anything whatsoever about the controversy?

I was one of the idiots who bought this. In my defence (not much of a defence), it was due to ignorance rather than the massive hype. I saw some stuff about it a long time ago, saw it on GOG for only 2/3 of the price on Steam and impulse bought it. Didn't even look at reviews. I'm usually the type to wait for bargain prices for "AAA" games, so I'm pretty fucked off with myself.
Pity GOG aren't getting on the refund train :(

Sean Murray will surface eventually and make some long but incredibly vague non-statement that has a lot of words but doesn't explain or apologize for anything.

too busy counting money.

Well, long-term sales are shot with the negative press and awful review scores and people are getting refunds now after dozens of hours played. They might have sold a lot in the first week, but I think they're fucked after this. The lifetime sales of this game will probably be incredibly lacklustre and I doubt half the post-release features they're promising will make it in. Maybe base building and then they'll call it quits.

Would he make that much money anyway? These impotent nu-male cucks are probably as utterly spineless during business negotiations as they are everywhere else so Sony could easily strong-arm most of the profits for themselves.

Trying too hard. Don't worry, Codex will except you without excessive edginess.
Not trying anything, no offense, but I often hear this logic from pirates, who says that they won't pay for a game, but will gladly play it for free.
But if the game is shit, why even bother?

Somewhat ironically, you were completely correct in your estimation of Metro as someone who would gladly eat shit if he could get in a cheap enough bundle.

Probably nothing. Refunds for anything over 2 weeks/2 hours are supposed to be judged on case by case basis.

Wrong! Sean will emerge with news about features to be implemented that will shake the internet once againe, new levels of hype will arise and idiots will buy the DLCs again, and the cycle shall repeat ! the ride never ends.
