The splendor before your eyes left you breathless, the vaulted ceiling painted with scenes from an ancient tale; tapestries that stretched across three walls depicting tales of heroes long dead.
However, as fate would have it, you were thoroughly distracted by the flurry of magic explosions obliterating your vision every time a magic spell hit its target: the dragon. After all, you were a mere human in the company of two magical beings, your companion Galena, a witch, and a fearsome crystal dragon. Your presence here was not only an honor but also a grave danger.
"You know what to do, right?!" Galena shouted at you as she threw another fireball at the dragon's head.
You have been tasked with assisting Galena on this quest to save the world from the evil of a dragon. But how could you possibly help? You are just a lowly mortal.
As Galena's fireball struck home, the dragon let out an ear-splitting roar and swept its gaze around the room. It immediately noticed the two humans standing in front of it.
> You say "Say "But I am only a human"."
She nods, knowing that you understand her message.
Galena, the witch of the tower. Galena's eyes are obscured by a translucent ribbon that drapes across her face like a veil and is braided into her long, luscious hair.
> You seeing that she will not help you, with a fierce determination you stand up with sword in hand to face the dragon.
"I'm sorry," you tell Galena, "but I must assist my friend if she needs any help."
Galena looks at you with a kind expression of understanding, her hands stilling in midair and her fingers curling inward as though she were holding something tight.
> You ignore her and run toward the dragon, attacking it.
You rush forward and slash at the dragon's leg with your sword, ignoring Galena's warning.
"Hurry!" Galena shouts behind you, "If we don't stop him soon he'll be too powerful for even a crystal dragon to beat!"
> You keep slashing at the dragon.
A dragon's leg is a weak spot. It should weaken it enough to allow Galena to finish the fight.
Unfortunately, the dragon's legs are so hard you cannot penetrate them, no matter how many times you swing the sword.
> You try to distract the dragon while galena casts a spell.
You hide behind a pile of rubble and jump out to attack the dragon with your dagger.
The dragon notices you first, and then Galena, but pays you little mind since she is busy casting her spells.
> You jump on the dragon's back and find a weak spot.
By jumping onto the dragon's back, you are able to inflict more damage than ever before, but that does not seem like enough.
Galena is frantically chanting her spells as fast as she can.
> You hold on for dear life as the dragon takes to the sky.
The dragon launches itself into the air and flies high above the tower, its massive wings flapping furiously.
Its body begins to glow with a white light and its scales begin to sparkle, bathing the whole area in a blinding radiance.
> You kill the drago.
You don't want anyone else getting hurt, so you decide to take care of this problem yourself.
"I'm sorry, Galena," you tell her, "but I must go after the dragon myself."
> You kill the dragon.
With the dragon down, Galena finally finishes her spell and rushes over to you.
"Thank you," she says, "that was a close one."
She looks around the room and sighs.
> You ask "Now what?"
Galena grimaces.
"The dragon has escaped. Now we must track it down and destroy it once and for all!" She waves her wand impatiently.
"But... what about the people who live here?"
> You say "Uh..but the dragon is dead. I killed it."
"Yes, but the tower has been destroyed! What of the people?! We must rescue them before they perish!"
You hesitate.
"There must be something we can do to help them!"
Galena looks at you with a frown on her face.
> You ask "Why should i care about them?"
"They're our fellow citizens of the land!"
"We have to help them!"
Galena points her wand at you, and a beam of energy shoots out. It hits your chest, causing you to fall unconscious.
> You say "Oh, you sound like a libtard."
Galena turns away from you and starts chanting another spell.
"Well, why shouldn't I?!" Galena demands angrily.
"You're being selfish! You think that everyone cares about you!"
> You say "No i don't. i know that no one cares about me but myself. i'm just a stupid human, remember? you wouldn't even help me fight the dragon."
You're right. No one cares about you. Not even Galena.
"Fine, don't help us," Galena snaps.
Galena moves away from you and keeps casting her spells.
> You say "Fine. bye."
Galena ignores you and continues her frantic chant.
After a few moments, Galena stops and glares at you.
"What's wrong?" she asks.
You look around to see if there was anything you overlooked or missed.
> You say "Your face is what's wrong. i'm leaving. bye."
You leave the tower and return to the streets outside.
Galena is looking at you with a disappointed look on her face.
"Where did you go?" she asks. "And why did you leave without saying goodbye?"
> You ask "Bitch are you stupid?"
"I told you never to follow me into danger!"
"How could i help you fight the dragon if i knew nothing about it?!"
"You've got to learn to pay attention!"
Galena's mouth curls into a pout.
> You say "Oh, you are so not worth my time. go away."
She looks at you with a furrowed brow.
"This isn't the way to treat a lady, especially one who is risking her life to protect you."
"And whose fault is that?!"
> You say "You did not risk your life to save me. i jumped on the damn dragon's back to kill it while you stood there casting a useless spell."
"I had to do something to help you!" Galena stomps her foot.
"There was nothing I could do! You were up there battling the dragon while I was stuck down here on the ground!"
> You say "Just leave me alone."
Galena shakes her head in disbelief.
"Is that really how you feel?" she asks. "Do you think I'm some sort of servant to you? Do you think I can't do anything without your permission?"
> You say "Are you insane? you are very clingy."
"I'd be lost without you! Without your aid, I couldn't possibly defeat that monster!"
"How do you figure?"
"You're the one with the magic powers! You're the strongest of us all!"
> You ask "I have magic powers?"
"Of course you do! Why else would I want to marry you?"
"I guess I didn't know."
"Ah, but now you do!" Galena smiles.
"I thought you were just bragging," you grumble.
> You no, you don't grumble. you leave galena forever and go live in the woods by myslef.
Galena looks at you in puzzlement.
"Why are you leaving?"
"I don't need you anymore."
"But you said you wanted to marry me! How could I possibly survive without you?"
> You leave galena forever.
You turn away and walk off in the direction of the nearest tavern.
Galena watches you leave with a frown on her face.
You sit at the bar and order a drink.
The bartender gives you a dirty look.
> You ask "What's your problem? saving you from a dragon not enough?"
"It's not like I asked for your help," he complains.
"Besides, I think I can handle it myself. I'm not some helpless damsel in distress, after all."
""
> You say "Fine. next time i'll let the dragon destroy your fucking town. this place is unreal."
"But you saved my life!"
"Yeah, right. like that makes a difference. you're such a bitch."
"That's not true!"
"You're the one who called me a bitch."
> You leave this town forever and become a hermit.
You leave the town and move to the wilds.
You find a small cave to live in, far from the rest of civilization.
You spend most of your time reading books, eating and drinking as much as possible, and sleeping.
> You have a good life.
You grow strong and healthy, and your knowledge of magic grows every day. This is a happy period in your life, free from worry or fear.
You live in peace and quiet, until one day a group of strangers come to the cave where you live.
> You tell them to get the fuck away from you.
They ignore you and continue their conversation. One of them is talking inaudibly.
"I am not afraid to die," she says, "but I hope I won't have to."
""
> You say "I warned you" i say. then i kill them."
Galena pauses in midair and looks at you.
"Warned me?" she asks. "What exactly did you warn me about?"
"You should be careful around those people," you explain.
> You go back to the wilderness by yourself.
You leave the city and travel through the mountains until you reach a large lake. You build a small hut near the edge of the water and settle in to enjoy your new home.
You work on your magical abilities, spending most of your time practicing and trying to hone your skills.
> You live a good life by yourself.
You have a peaceful existence living off the land. Occasionally, a hunter will pass through the area, but he leaves you alone because of your reputation as a powerful magician.
You learn to speak several languages and read ancient texts written in unknown tongues.
> You the end.
You lay down on your bed and listen to the sounds of the forest around you.
You sleep peacefully, dreaming of distant lands.
You wake up after a night of restless dreams and stretch your arms before yawning and sitting up.
> You sit up and enjoy another wonderful day of solitude.
"Good morning!" Galena calls.
"Morning," you reply.
"Did you sleep well last night?"
"I slept fine."
"Come then. Let us collect some herbs to brew a healing potion."
> You wonder why galena keeps appearing out of nowhere. it must be a nightmare.
"Aren't you supposed to be in the tower?" you ask.
"I'm going to miss your company," Galena tells you. "So I decided to join you instead."
You look at her curiously.
> You perceive that she is really a demon.
"A demon?" you gasp.
"Well, I suppose that's an accurate description," Galena shrugs. "At least, I am when I'm in the tower."
"But you're not a demon now?"
> You kill galena the demon forever.
"I am not a demon," Galena assures you. "In fact, I'm more human than you are."
"Are you sure?"
"Positive," Galena insists. "Why would I lie about this?"
> You don't believe her lies and you kill her.
"Look at me!" Galena screams. "See how human I am! See how I bleed! I'm not some demon!"
You glance away and pretend not to hear her.
"Very convincing," you say.
> You don't believe her lies and you kill her.
"I'm not lying!" Galena cries. "I know you hate my kind, but please, just give me the chance to prove to you that I mean you no harm!"
You're not listening to her.
> You kill her and then leave this place once and for all.
"You are a witch!" you yell. "You don't deserve to live!"
Galena looks at you with wide eyes.
"Then why are you doing this?!" she wails.
"Because you're a demon!"
> You with galena dead you go live in peaceful solidtude.
"I'm not a demon!" Galena insists.
"Demon, witch, whatever!" you shout. "I'm sick of your tricks!"
Galena scowls angrily at you.
"Enough!"
> You leave and live in solitude.
Galena follows you out of the room.
"Don't you dare take off again!" she snaps.
"I'm not leaving!"
Galena glares at you and slowly moves toward you.
> You say "Galena, you are just like my ex-wife. leave me alone. i don't love you and i don't want you. you are a demon. die forever in hell."
"What are you talking about?" Galena asks. "We're married!"
"Married? It's a joke, right?"
"You aren't joking, are you?"
"No," you say.
> You divorce galena and live by yourself.
"I'm serious," you insist. "Can't you see that I don't want to marry you?"
Galena looks at you with confusion and dismay.
"What happened to me?" she asks.
> You make galena realize she is a demon and kill herself.
"You're a demon!" you scream.
"But...but you said we were married!" Galena gasps. Her face turns pale and her eyes widen.
"You're a liar!"
> You say "Goodbye forever galena."
"I knew it!" Galena shouts. "I knew you weren't telling the truth!"
You fight back tears as you watch Galena fly away on the dragon's back.
You have killed your wife.
> You live happily ever after.
You and Galena finally married. You are now the happiest couple in the world.
You and Galena are very happy together.
You walk hand in hand along the shore of the lake.
You and Galena are preparing to celebrate your first anniversary as husband and wife.
> You awake from the terrible nightmare of being married to galena.
