On that note, didn't Josh have a LinkedIn profile? Can't find it anymore.
I can confirm Obsidian is currently working on a new Fallout title, it will be revealed at this E3 conference with a release set for next year, this has come from a very trustworthy source.
Granted, no one here should believe me, because I can't provide the source and all I know is above. I'm just posting this so that when I'm right I can go "fuck you all I was right the whole time".

Alright then, I bet all of my brofists on this source.
Heh, okay, I'll humor you.
Is it a Fallout 4 spinoff using the Gamebryo/Creation/etc engine or something else?
No, Obsidian were at Fallout 4's launch party and there have been communications between the two.Are we to assume there was some sort of a erm.. fall out between Obs and Beth post FNV (due to eg. the leaking of the Metacritic clause)?
True, but Obsidian serves a different role. Bethesda still wants to cater to the old-school Fallout fans in some way, as seen in how Todd Howard was the one who spearheaded getting Obsidian to make Fallout New Vegas. No, we're to assume Bethesda has two studios now and doesn't need to outsource game development anymore.
