I thought people were crazy for wanting to watch someone play IWD2. I find watching other people play computer games to be incredibly boring. But I'm actually looking forward to the D&D game. That could be interesting. I think I'll tune in.

Despite what I said earlier and my like for quest-exp, I am not to keen on a model were that is the only thing that gives it. I prefer a more flexible solution. But certainly killing something should give little. If anything, when it comes to killing stuff it would work well within the rolemaster model, in that one you got less experience for doing/killing something several times. So killing one skeleton gives a nice XP bonus, but for every new you get a dwindling stream of it, until it is not worth it.

Use fucking wands or fucking scrolls or fucking potions or fucking combat feats or your fucking crossbow (or better, cantrip wand). I swear, you people suck at D&D.
Wands and scrolls are for extreme emergenices or selling when they're no longer useful. What if I'm in an area where there's a 100% chance of rest being interrupted and no backtracking to a safe area and I used up all my decent items on trash mobs? What then? Better to always have a buffer for the unexpected.
Wands and scrolls have a very specific purpose. They allow my casters and rogues access to DD AOE spells to take care of the occasional fucking swarm. Unless I'm playing a sorc in which case the actual spell of burning hands comes into play.
