They disliked teleport for a long time and Chris said they didn't want that from D2.

So it's $prititual $uccessing in the sense no items break ever unless you brick and initally cooldown on flamedash and no dash PoE2. Kinda sucks. Whereas D2 had even mob making you drop equipped items now that's where "balls" come in.
Prior to v1.04, Lord de Seis had the Thief property, an unusual monster modifier.

Initially this caused equipped items (including weapons) to drop onto the ground.

This was later nerfed to instead target things in the belt.

Eventually even this was removed from the game in v1.04.
Well that really is a shitty effect that would be very difficult to deal with and most likely would just gib you if he showed up with others and/or if it didn't have a cooldown in how often it would happen to you.

Your only hope would be to blow him up before he got anywhere near you.

Edit: stupid phone autocorrect

zoom zoom is kinda mandatory for efficient mapping since there is shitload of backtracking (gotta kill every rare enemy which is kinda tedious) and some map layouts are obnoxious

then there issue with your VISION and design not matching

they heavily promoted a slower game tactical combat. As such loot system need to accomodate you not having to pinnata kill evershit as quick as possible for progression purposes

not my vision I called it shit design in the next sentence
but for now zoom zoom is obviously the most efficient way to map or do any content other than few pinacle bosses where blink don't matter much (blink is pretty game breaking for trials, can even blink over elevators)

I'll be impressed if they can tame the 'multipliers on multipliers' damage growth enough to make bosses fit in the 1 to 3 minutes per attempt window at the end game. At least zoom zoom is less of an issue without trading and reading up meta guides on builds.

did 2 citadels before patch, gotta wait for ggg to tell me where 3rd one is. Also so I could prove that i can do copper before nerfs.

I wonder what they mean by new leagues, i somehow doubt they will be implementing league mechanics, perhaps just about fresh economy?
I'm not really inclined to reset my ssf itemz collection and i will stash it as soon as i beat all the bosses

btw my map sustain as ssf. All corrupted. When I run low I prioritize nodes with unique bosses, they seem to drop 2x t15 when fully boosted.

Last time when i played poe1 long enough to reach end maps, I was struggling to get guardian map to drop

Map economy seems to be okay, the difference is you have to juice them up but on the other hand they are way easier to run than in PoE1. T15 Elemental Weakness with Temporal Chains is a cakewalk compared to PoE1

Extremely build dependant, if you play something like Inquisitor, you are basically immune to curses (3% of effect or something) without even doing anything, and there are mods like "immune to curses" etc. I'd say it's easier to build a tanky character with great sustain in poe1, but I agree that some map mods are more dangerous there (haven't yet seen something like 'cannot regen' and reflect was removed afair)

2x t15 when fully boosted.
I typically get three maps per boss, but I also have almost all map related Atlas nodes allocated. T15 drop isn't generally an issue, the vaal drop rate and the chance to get T16 from corrupting is more of a concern to me (I had like 40 vaals and now it's 0 and I have like 2-3 T16s left)
