Heyo, friends.

Just finished the story. Twas fun. Here is the build I followed:

Very solid and, most importantly: VERY noob friendly. Relying on Resolute Technique is gr8 for a n00b like myself since it ditches both critical AND accuracy as mechanics I would (potentially) have to worry about. Scaling and gearing my Sunder-Gladiator is incredibly straightforward. I'm lvl 74 and sitting at roughly 26k dps. Kitava was a breeze. I guess it has to do with my character being grossly overleveled. I blame current league mechanics. Metamorphs basically allow you to fight every boss twice, it's insane.

I also think I did fairly well in terms of currency:

Found "Le Heaup of All" ring with maxed out resists. It's the one piece of gear (along with the helmet) that was actually "self found". Everything else was bought from other players.

I'm about to start mapping now. Any tips?

Btw, I feel like my current build is very well suited for delving. Imma look into that as well. Those meta crafting recipes sound really juicy, at least on paper.

get a six link asap maybe farm tabula cards frorm blood aqueducts or i could give u some :D
get a loot filter if u didnt already
this helmet is kinda crap iirc rare helmets with life/resists is usually the best option those axes are decent 250pds iirc so more than enough for white even yellow maps
do eternal lab in couple of levels ~80 ~85 should be ez enough or if u feel confident 75
Kaoms Roots are great boots for all melee builds and they are cheap as fuck even with decent life rolls around 3 or 4 chaos
also how much hp do you have? i'd say 4k is enough for white maps
get two three red socketed weapons you can equip doesnt matter what they are and put 6 sunders into them and level them to 20(keep them at you secondary weapons slots you dont need to use them to level up the gems)
once all of them are 20 use vaal orbs on them to get(hopefully) level 21 sunder big boost to your dps
get remove bleed/curses/chill(until you get kaoms)/poison also instant life recovery on the life flask is super important you can easily roll it with all the 500 alterations u got there
you can do delving/mapping at the same time just switch between them

yeah from zana if she has some map you're desperately need and cant drop it but that didnt happen to me yet this league and im at t16 maps now so the highest tier, but in general you will be able to drop maps from running maps and easily sustain them also note to do missions from the zana as she gives u pretty much 2 maps for using one you should read/watch some basic tutorial on mapping cause it can be confusing at a glance
get all the masters to your hideout they have their mission dialogue when u click on them, also on your atlas map it shows how many missions u have for each master you get additional missions for killing map bosses

look into beastcrafting it can be super useful for example u can craft those flasks mods i mentioned before, check it u might already have the beasts to do it
oh almost forgot since u should get this trademacro/iteminfo its difficult to play without it https://github.com/PoE-TradeMacro/POE-TradeMacro

use alchemy orb on maps u run but make sure u didnt roll any mods that u cant run for example physical reflect/no leech/ no flask charges/ no life regen but that also depends on your character so i cant tell u for sure which ones are for sure bad for u, if u roll bad mods on a map its not the end of the world u can reroll them with chaos or clean it up with scouring orb and alchemy but dont use chaos for it especially at the start when u dont have much of it

U sure you can't use? It's base green, so you could fairly easily chrome it to something with 3 green slots and 3 others. (Google vorici chromatic calculator)

Otherwise, check Poe.trade for what a 6link in your league is worth. Be wary of lowballing scammers. It is not an amazing base but you should get a few dozen chaos for it.

I once also opened a Sirius encounter. When it was first offered to me. Fast forward and when the second offer came I opened the Sirius portals. Then I took my next planned map, loaded it in the device and loaded the regular map, overriding the Sirius portals and resetting the conquerors atlas spawns.

I did get the kill in the first encounter (on the last portal) but there is no way in hell I am going back there, unless he has something very specific I need. Keep in mind I came back like a month ago after a two year brake from Wraelcast and in that time I have also had a encounter with Catarina. If I have to chose between the two of them I would take that necrophiliac waifu every single time. Kind of sad that Sirius is supposed to be the successor for the Elder/Shaper encounters.

In other news, I discovered that thanks to the rehauled Slayer node Endless Hunger, pots can now kill you. In short: Slayer Endless hunger+ the golden rule jewel+ The Red Trail boots = self inflict bleed which procs frenzy charges. With flicker strike that means flicking into oblivion. Thing is, I think entities like pots etc are actually programmed as monsters with extremely low health, IIQ, IIR and with the hidden mods "cannot leech mana/life". But if you hit the pots you hit them with full force, including procing bleed/poison etc on them. The Slayers Endless Hunger node states that you are not affected with bleed while leeching. So if you hit the pots, they are leech immune, you proc bleed on the and the golden rule reflects the bleed back at you and since you are not leeching you get hit with a full bleed.

Frankly I am not even mad. Lots of lulz were had when I was flicking away, then was leap slamming to my next pack and was suddenly atomized mid route by the killer pots. Its like a Joe Duncan plot line imported into the actual game.

This is actually a kinda cool (but also really shit and I would be so mad in HC) emergent mechanic.

Nah, been there done that. Sirius itself is maybe a 4/10, so a couple of ranks above your usual range, but the black hoes he has can go and fuck themselves.

Seriously, when I first entered the arena I tried to move between the first stationary storms (after they got better visual AOE indicators) and I could not walk between them without losing health. I tried several times to see if it is possible and nope, maybe only if you move pixel by pixel but try doing that while being spammed by Sirius and whatever black hoe is chasing you at the same time.

Not to mention the usual complaints like the invisible walls , being locked into the maze slam on the temple steps or the mobile black hoe blocking you out at the arena entrance.
Bugs can be debugged but bad design needs fundamental overhauls.

The other Conquerors though are a 10/10 though, would bang again.

Having a lot of fun with my SSF Arc Elementalist, level 88. Metamorph is amazing, in fact I don't recall ever enjoying PoE this much. The RNG gods also seem to reward my interest: Lucked into a 6L staff at about ~20 fusings, now sitting at about 300k Arc DPS (poe.ninja/PoB numbers).

Despite being a very early supporter of the game I've only played the game solo self-found and casually, so this is all new to me. Hell, I killed my first Atziri only last week. Now working through the tiers of maps. Last time I was this engaged with the game was during Perandus, when Ascendancies were first introduced. I don't doubt this is partially because Metamorph is so rewarding, but I also enjoy all the new Masters and Cassia, content I'm playing for the first time this league.
