Bug:

You can "give" both relics (and get peace) by dropping them on the floor beforehand. Did it because they are apparently keys, and I haven't yet opened whatever they do, but they also sell for money.

Gussing I could just murderhobo them both after negotiating peace, might still do it for XP afterwards.
They are keys for the area you fight Tartuchio at, nothing else.

Are the kobolds and mites important for your kingdom after? The chieftains have some nice items.
Not by start of Act 4. Even in Act 2 when you get "to play" with kobolds again game didn't mention at all that I chose Mites and killed all Kobolds. But if you choose to leave Mite queen alive and come back later as Baron she offers to marry one of her kids to one of your children once you have some :D

What a bloody mess:

What is sweeter than looking down upon the face of a defeated enemy? Perhaps, only the realization that you had to work hard and pay for your victory in blood!
The "Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Bloody Mess" DLC lets you bask in the gore and glory of battle, witnessing its bloody traces both on your companions and your enemies.

Here’s how it works:

Bloodstains appear on a character or creature according to the amount of Hit Points they have left. The more wounded a character, the more bloody and battered they look. First blood splatters appear when their Hit Points go down below 80%.
Of course, not all creatures in Pathfinder: Kingmaker can have bloodstains at all. As you would expect, those who don't have blood - elemental and incorporeal creatures, for example - are not affected by this feature. Also, while humanoids and animals bleed red, this isn't so for others: for example, the undead show black stains on their clothes, and plants drip green sap.

To clean up your wounded companions, you need to restore their Hit Points by either letting your party rest or using healing abilities.

Players may control the visibility of the new feature with a special setting - "Bloodstains" - which can be found on the "Game" page of the Options menu. The setting is turned on by default.

Viscount Smolderburn at lvl 3:

  • Cast Resist Energy (Electricity) on 1 party member
  • Dumb enemy AI doesn't switch targets, he takes 1-3 dmg max per attack
  • Wait until you hit enough natural 20s against his 41 (rofl) AC
  • Get your pathetic 135 XP and a Diamond
Great RPG experience, this is what the new wave of RPGs have been missing.

Meh, I butchered them all after negotiating peace, got 2k XP and great items, miscegenation will have to wait.

To illustrate how bugged the game is, I ended up with 3 Mites Relic and 2 Kobolds Relic.

Sadly the combat balance seems heavily reliant on this. Enemies have bloated stats, so most "difficult" fights go like this - mmo aggropull & kite with skyrocketed AC tank while other DD chars just mash air until they land a hit. That's also what makes mages worse than in previous games - if they miss the spell is spent, if fighters miss they just swing another attack, and since even buffed, everyone tends to miss quite a lot, overall effectiveness of spells is pretty low.

Also there's a shitload of other will-o-wisps to be killed after Smolderburn.

Romances are truly retarded.

Tristian will suck your dick in case you are doing only Good choices.

Ekun has a special romance quest and he can get close to your main character.

But good luck trying to romance Valerie. The tower shield is there for a reason.
You can romance bad father?? woah
Valerie I've read you can romance her. How to activate that I did not understand tho
You just have to
keep treating her the same after she gets her scar, and once she gets in a fight with the bard in your throne room, talk to Linzi and Storyteller. Then go remind her she never used to care about beauty.
It took quite a while to trigger that part of her quest for me though.

I assumed Storyteller would buy them from you, given the descriptions and the yellow background on them.

So at no point it did occur to u to use Magic Missile?
At low levels it does piss poor damage so you need to cast quite a few, and why waste wands if you can just wait it out.
Why wait it out if you can use wands?
And scrolls?
And True Strike?
Because it's wasteful, and he deals almost no damage.

But so do u
What does it mean, "wasteful"? What are you going to use those low level magic missiles on later?

200 hp owlbears?

You have an encounter you can defeat effectively by using correct spells and consumables.

if you don't want to use them, then don't whine you are fishing for 20's like a retardo.

Dude he has 41 AC, even with True Strike + Buffs it's a stretch, it's fking lvl 3 for fucks sake.

I told you, I used a wand and he casted Shield to become immune.

They mostly do, like all enemies. Sometimes they switch to someone else, I'm not sure if it's just a periodic test for someone with lower AC in range or just a reaction to damage, but enemies still do that rarely, and if you give everyone else reach or missile weapons, they just won't.
I am pretty sure that the Lightning spam they do does not only hit one person :)

Who cares, later on you can cast AoE Lightning resists. Pure skill :positive:.

You know their gimmick so it's solved.

Pro-Tip Corporation.
People really need to spend potions and scrolls. No reason to hold them in stock ( Although I have shitton of potions. Game just keep trowing them at me). Trues Stike wands? That goes on Val. Healing scrolls? Use them in inventory ( Use space-bar to repeat). Shield of faith etc - use them in inventory to cut the casting time and free slots for cleric's true strike. Scrolls? Bard.

I had to give up on Nok-Nok because it seems that it was the AI's Chosen One. He died each fight so ... fuck it.
