On this topic, how do you shorten resting /skip the party chatter?
I've been resting exclusively on the world map because it's 20x faster.

Press space. It's even mentioned on one of the loading screens, fyi.

Nigga, play game already. We're talking about single combat areas in this game, not some theorycrafting.

He's right though, you can rest spam like crazy, if you wanted to. 8 hours is nothing.

Actually, I was saying that if you know the area has only one encounter and it is a hard one, you can go nova without the risk of running into another encounter later. That is contrary to a normal multi-encounter map, where you want to hold back most of your resources for the next few battles. This makes single encounters easier to overcome.

people call this bugmaker patchfinder, but insomnia is 100x worse lol. both absolute inclines thou.

that said ,just finished the character quests... without spoiling anything in the end i did like nok nok and jewbilost a lot which is amazing as the interaction is pretty minimal dialogue-wise

Also, a level before I found my first few regular slings.

i think those knight helmets are the only regular ones in the game lol.

plus the amount of regular slings on that box makes me think it was a internal joke or something. '' boss we don t have slings in the game '' , '' just add 20 of them on some box in act 4 ''

persuasion, trickery and perception are the basics. the rest is pretty well balanced in their eventual use. stealth checks are rare but the skill has other uses and use magic device has zero checks but you need it to use scrolls. the checks are actually a lot better than most games in frequency-balance wise, at the very least it s a farcry from aod

Claimed Kamehamehalands but because i've never been there before game didn't presented any locations for new village. Only after countless reloads of kingdom map i decided to visit my new lands personally.

That's main problem of the game - you never know if it's bug or you are doing something stupid.

I decided to make a full custom party.. from LotR :D
Aragorn (human ranger/freebooter) is MC. Focuses in ranged combat and will keep a weapon and shield if needed.
Then Gimli as Two handed fighter (going to focus into axes) that will go into Stalwart Defender.
Legolas as pure Fighter Archer (I was considering Divine Hunter for a bit because what he does in movies is pretty supernatural) that will take a few levels of Rogue at some point for some bonus dps.
Frodo is the party Rogue (knifemaster) with 2x Kukri.
Gandalf is an Aasimar Empyreal Sorcerer to provide arcane support.
And last but not least, Elrond joins the cast as a Cleric with Healing and Sun domains.
Fuck Boromir, he died before game started :D

In the process I found out that cost of recruiting mercs is less than the guy says. Lvl 1 cost like 100 gp and lvl 2 cost about 1500 gp.

EDIT: Wtf, first combat I run into skeletal champion and he gets two critical hits in first two attacks and one hit kills Gimli and Elrond.. seems this party is cursed :D
