Thanks, I knew it was some kind of Owlcat logic. Is this indicated somewhere in the game and I'm once again a dumbfuck for not having paid attention? I never would have figured this shit out by myself. It scales by number of troops lost. Let's you come back from getting wiped. Can anyone explain to me how the Call for Reserves decree works? In the description it writes that an army of 327 strength will appear, when I actually execute the decree, that number lowered to 16. Is this a bug or is there some weird Owlcat logic behind it?
Also, it seems a bit weird to essentially penalize me for not having lost a lot of troops. I put the same amount into reserves so I guess these are essentially wasted unless I suddenly incur a huge amount of losses.
It was recently added to give tards an out from completely screwing themselves. Probably should have been there the whole time. It's not exactly intuitive that losing significant troops in a battle can snowball into sucking the whole game (or not making it there at all).
