Owlcat isn't Bioware. I would be shocked if picking certain options didn't lock you out of romances. The Lich update already implies there will be heavy consequences for choosing it. And evil characters get the shaft yet again.

I wonder why they did this again like PfK. I mean all things considered there were very very few race reactivity in PfK. Compared to 2 Mythic Class actually adding 3 new Races which only affects character generation is kinda silly.

They aren't planning to add 3 new races.
The stretch goal is 1 out of 3 - if they make it they'll put out a poll with 3 possibilities, the one with the most votes will get implemented.

Yes I understand that. Which why I questioned why would the ask people to choose 1 out of 3 again. Compared to 2 Mythics, 3 Races are relatively minor because as PfK shown there were very few race reactivity anyway.

Regardless of pedantry, I would like to see some more reactivity to race/class in this game compared to KM. I feel like they did a good job with skills and such in the CYOAs, but all the reactivity in Deadfire was something I thought was pretty well-done, even if most of it was inconsequential it still was still nice to see a reflection of your choices.

In fact I'm pretty sure the Mummification that Alchemists can do in Kingmaker already made your dick fall off.

Also, in Kingmaker there was plenty of time to develop romance with the Baron and later the King. During 3-5 years a lot can happen.
But if WotR is a military campaign wouldn't romances be faster and shorter? Like war time trysts under the lingering threat of death?

Well they have spent some time interacting with Pathfinder fans online at this point so it is inevitable that they'd encounter tons of those people.

I don't think it makes sense for a first play through, but I'd say the most interesting one is the sentient swarm. It just strikes me as different and gross, so I'm curious.
