Where have I seen the whole "power lines laying on the floor of a circular chamber powering up a central artifact" thing before? I'm sure that's been done in another game. One of the BG's or IWD's?

Maybe it's the Mortuary from PST? While not exactly having power lines, it did look somewhat similar. Here's another one I found from IWD2 but I don't think those were "power lines":
I swear there was something else that looked almost exactly like PE's screenshot, but I can't seem to remember what it is.
In any case, it's a theme that seems to get overused.
3 examples, all of which are over a decade old, "overused".In any case, it's a theme that seems to get overused.
I believe this kind of aesthetics is most similar to Irenicus' Lair and Planar Sphere from BG2.Where have I seen the whole "power lines laying on the floor of a circular chamber powering up a central artifact" thing before? I'm sure that's been done in another game. One of the BG's or IWD's?
His character isn't terrible, he's just playing it terribly.I'd say so unless he's like MCA and roll a terrible character, realize it's terrible, but keep playing with it in the most counter-productive way possible.
http://www.obsidian.net/jobs/open-positions/art/665-contract-visualfx-artistObsidian Entertainment is looking for a talented self-motivated VFX Artist to create a range of 3D effects and animations for Project Eternity.
This artist will be responsible for creating both ambient effects (such as smoke, fire, and lightning) and more detailed prop animation (a tree limb breaking, a glass shattering, etc.). These effects will be created using Maya, but experience with comparable programs is acceptable.
Yeah, he made a diplomatic character, but whenever he finds someone to talk to, he just gets tired of all that text and attacks him like a retarded, popamole ADD kid...His character isn't terrible, he's just playing it terribly.I'd say so unless he's like MCA and roll a terrible character, realize it's terrible, but keep playing with it in the most counter-productive way possible.
Sawyer identified this problem long ago: in Arcanum doing (saying) the right thing conflicts with being the "right character" (any character that falls within its supported range of expression). Those persuasion lines often require you to lie, and Chris doesn't want to bluff, he wants to persuade.Yeah, he made a diplomatic character, but whenever he finds someone to talk to, he just gets tired of all that text and attacks him like a retarded, popamole ADD kid...His character isn't terrible, he's just playing it terribly.I'd say so unless he's like MCA and roll a terrible character, realize it's terrible, but keep playing with it in the most counter-productive way possible.

So killing everything in sight is okay, but lying/bluffing IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER'S PERSONALITY!!!!111... right.
