More importantly, this game never had a chance due to the space between "Ratten" and "Reich".Well, I said if they didn't add tails it would be shit.
>the biggest issue of Men of War is that there's too much micromanagement in big battlesAs you can imagine, things get very hectic in large fights, since you have to throw nades manually and such.
Ahh.People keep telling me it's a Men of War clone, but the marketing is telling me it's a furry game with sexualized boob rats.
.....
Men of War wasn't the micromanagement hell that was Soldiers: Heroes of World War II. That said, I do agree even Men of War: Assault Squad 1 could've used more automation (auto-replenishing ammo from the supply trucks, for example). I simply threw people without ammo ahead of units who had ammo, Soviet penal battalion style. If Ratten Reich shares these issues with earlier iterations of Men of War, I am not surprised the review scores are lower than they could've been otherwise.>the biggest issue of Men of War is that there's too much micromanagement in big battlesAs you can imagine, things get very hectic in large fights, since you have to throw nades manually and such.
>soldiers don't do shit they should do, like throwing nades when detecting large groups of enemies
>game comes out that wants to be like Men of War but better
>doesn't fix Men of War's biggest problem (passive soldier AI)
tfw
Call to Arms/Gates of Hell STILL has these issues? I thought they acknowledged them and tried to fix them?I like the option to micromanage in certain situations, but I shouldn't have to do it all the time in games like this. This has already been my biggest issue with Men of War and its spiritual successor Call to Arms/Gates of Hell.
It's better but not fully fixed. You still have to micromanage soldiers changing cover, or even changing windows when occupying a house, which honestly should be an automatic thing they adjust based on enemy direction.Call to Arms/Gates of Hell STILL has these issues? I thought they acknowledged them and tried to fix them?
Interesting, and not what I would have guessed. I thought Allies would be cats, not mice, the less evil version of rats, so to speak. Ruskies as disgusting insects is hilarious. Asians as lizards... No idea.Germans = Rats, Entante/Allies = Mice, rusniggers = Cockroaches (lol), AZNs (I think both chinks and japs) = some kind of lizards.
Soo, Tanya the Evil? The plot is basically a WWI that keeps going until it turns into WWII.
Why not both? TM.People keep telling me it's a Men of War clone, but the marketing is telling me it's a furry game with sexualized boob rats.
