they might not be irrelevant to me (about a game, for example, or about something in some country I don't know and they happen to be from that country, etc). And if i see a bunch of posts i don't like, i'd have to scroll past all of them. this way, i simply don't see them.
also, i don't agree with lots of the stuff you write, but i haven't put you on ignore, because at least you try not to be completely retarded, unlike the people in my ignore, who are partially braindead and unfortunately the part that wasn't damaged was the one that allows them to type
